Hostal La Plaza

Das Zimmer lag im Gästehaus 5 Minuten vom Gasthaus entfernt. Es war alles da, was für eine Übernachtung erforderlich war.

Clean comfortable, and convenient right on the Camino. You do have to check in at the bar one street over.

The hot water in the bathroom didn't work well. I was a bit concerned about the private bathroom that was not attached to the room but it was ok.

Closeness to Camino, restaurants, bars and activities.

Has some ants in room and some on beds. Tough to keep room cool even with fan.

The building seems very historic with little balconies to step out on and they came with clothes lines. The room was clean, but not fancy. Very basic. The food at the bar was good and filling.

The check in was at the associated bar and the property was accessed through a narrow alley to the street behind the bar. No elevator and lots of stairs. I was on the 3rd floor and it was quite a climb. The walls are thin, but my neighbors were considerate. I had to go across the hall for a shared bathroom. I had 3 keys, one for the outside door, one for the room and one for the bathroom. The lights were on timers in the hall and tended to go out before the correct key was found and inserted. The place felt like a fire trap.
