Loved the Gordon Ramsay Restaurant, this is the only thing good they have going for them based on my experience

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A ROOM! Our A/C made a loud pop every time it kicked on. After trying to sleep we called maintenance to come fix it. Maintenance said they COULD NOT FIX IT BECAUSE EVERY ROOM DOES IT. My in-laws did not have this issue other than their A/C not working. Even after they were changed to a different room due to their room not being ready in time. After our sleepless night I asked for a refund due to no sleep. The manager gave $50 back which wasn't even close to a full refund. All of this happened after they didn't have the champagne and strawberries we requested to be in the room. At check in they said they didn't know about it after we sent the message and called for the request. Come to find out the manager says they can do the strawberries and champagne but she never got the message because she was on vacation. Why not have multiple employees that have access to the messaging system? Just a thought. We won't be going back unless it's just to eat at Gordon Ramsays restaurant again. Horrible stay for our 20th wedding anniversary and Valentines day.

Some of casino staff were quite unpleasant people,especially the one who works behind desk for casino cards. She did not give us all information we need for our $25 dollars that when we reach 200 points. She told us it would happen automatic. If we Accumulated the points, before midnight. She never told us we needed to see her before 10pm when she was gone for the day.

Front desk staff for Hotel!! They are the one who gave us on the information about ladies that leave 10pm,that give you BAD information on signing up casino cards.

Rooms were large and clean. Parking was good

Our room neighbor was still listening to very loud music at 2am. It was only after the third call to reception that the manager was finally sent up to sort it out.... Unfortunately most of the restaurants were closed.

Need to update the elevators. And need more free drinks for gambling.

Restaurants couldn't handle getting us in for 20 minutes due to dirty tables, buss staff gone. Host wouldn't buss the tables.
