However, there were several issues during our stay. It seemed that the hotel had an arrangement with a hospital, and there were many patients staying at the hotel, some of whom were in quite unpleasant conditions. Unfortunately, this created an uncomfortable atmosphere and affected the overall experience. The cleanliness of the room was also not satisfactory. Even for basic items such as towels, we had to call reception and ask them to bring them to our room. Another inconvenience was that the main elevators did not go to the parking area, so we had to use the service/freight elevator instead. Most importantly, we arrived at around 1:00 PM, but our room was not ready. We had to leave the hotel and come back at around 5:00 PM. This significantly disrupted our plans for the day and was the most disappointing part of our stay.
