The location - walking distance from the station and bays, and a fabulous view! It was comfortable and clean.
No milk tea and coffee on arrival. Out of date smart TVs. Didn’t have basic free view catch up apps such iPlayer etc.
The hot water failed on the penultimate morning. Not their fault and we were allowed to use bathroom in apartment upstairs but only because it was empty. However, I had to switch boiler on myself. Good job I checked but it would have been nice if someone could have done this for us. Some people may have been nervous even about doing this simple thing themselves and I wasn’t 100% sure it was the right switch!

Location was excellent and the parking space was extremely handy. Views across North Bay were lovely. Shower was really nice. TV worked well with Freeview channels. Very quiet (apart from the church bells on Sunday morning from around 8am!).
Couldn't see South Bay really (church/trees blocked any view). Beds were a little lumpy but OK.

Location
Thoughtless renovation. Obviously the owners have no road tested the accommodation.
