El lugar me gustó solo con entrar. Muy limpio y con un olor súper agradable. Muy buen trato. La habitación amplia con terracita. Hay bar para bebidas y desayuno. Zona tranquila pero cerca de todo andando 2 min.

Lo único es que se oye todo en las habitaciones. Como no había mucha gente bien pero no se como sería con todo lleno.

It was noisy at night, staff was talking loud with other guests in the "chill zone" which is very close to the rooms. My girlfriend got out of bed to request them some respect for the guests. They got quiet after the request.

Hotel Matalascañas was the perfect place for our beach holiday. The location was perfect, being close to the beach, lots of restaurants and bars, and supermarkets. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful balcony, very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a great system where although they don't do breakfast (hot drinks are provided), you can take your own food and store it in the fridge, and they will provide you with all the necessary things for serving and eating it (including a microwave!). This worked perfectly for my wife and I, as it allowed us to have breakfast whenever we wanted and was exactly what we'd chosen :) The best thing about Hotel Matalascañas is the amazing staff. Even though we don't speak Spanish, everyone made us feel super welcome, especially Làura and Andrii, who were always available (and English-speaking) at reception to help us with everything we needed. We'd never been to Matalascañas before, but we'll definitely go again, and would love to stay at Hotel Matalascañas again ❤️

Clean and quite

Interaction with one of the staff. He was not clear with his communication that resulted in a surprise to pay for the coffee which was misunderstood to be complimentary. The hotel is responsible to communicate clearly to customers to avoid confusion and misunderstanding.

The staff spoke English and were very kind; I checked in after 11pm and there was no problem; the room was clean and a perfect size for my family. There were 2 balconies and the area was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable

No breakfast available at the hotel just a good cup of coffee , but there was cafe very near for coffee and toast so not too much of a problem to us.

We found it hard to find, but we couldn't pick up any wifi for google maps so I suggest printing out the directions and taking them with you!

We really liked the hosts. They were really helpful and always had the best advice about places to go. The place was clean and the bed comfortable.

The only thing that was quite annoying was that in the weekend it got quite noisy because the walls are very thin.
