Very nice location, close to market and transport links. Spacious apartment with all basic amenities. Easy & clear instructions for check in

Very basic breakfast. We needed to ask the staff to refill stuff and basic stuff like toaster which were not kept in the dining area by default.

Everything, lovely clean very big apartment, beds were really comfortable. Walking distance to shops and restraunts really good location. Loved our stay there would highly recommend and we would definitely come back to stay again.

Instructions for check-in were very clear and it was easy to enter by ourselves. Location is 10 min walking from the city center which makes it quieter but still very close with easy access to all sightseeing in Porto. 1 min walk to Rua Santa Catarina with lots of shops and restaurants. Breakfast is fine to start the day.

The location was good.

There was no daily cleaning, which should have not be the main problem, but we run out of toilette paper, and nobody came to give us some more although we have requested by the breakfast and then wrote a message about it. The code for the room does not change, from guest by guest, so i do not really see that safe, and there is no lock on the door, you can `just close the door`. The breakfast, according to my point of view, was very poor.

good central location with paid underground parking and a small supermarket nearby. nice bathrooms. decent breakfast included but no fresh juice which was a shame.

I’d asked for an early check in so my baby could have an afternoon nap and was told yes, however the cot wasn’t ready when we arrived. there were not enough pillows and no additional bedding provided for the sofa bed. we had to strip the double in the room where the baby was sleeping and remake the sofa bed. no coffee machine or kettle in the apartment and no drinking water provided. no washing up or drying facilities provided so if you eat in the apartment there’s no way to wash things.

Delicious breakfast lovely clean room and easy check in. All facilities very accessible.

NOTHING !! The owner of this property did not meet the services put forth on Booking.com The owner was totally unresponsive to our concerns and the telephone number for the owner was not working. There is no person on site on this property and I would not recommend this property to any future guests.

There was no housekeeping for the four-day stay we had at this property. We had to take our dirty towels and put them in front of the elevator and dig through a cabinet to find clean towels every day. The television never worked was advertised as a flatscreen TV and it was false advertising. The air conditioning unit worked intermittently and it was very hot during our stay. Management did not address any of our concerns after numerous emails to Booking.com. As an international traveler this was the worst property I have stayed in in 15 years. Do not make the mistake and stay here.

Near the city Center

We’re 3 people checking in for one night but there’s only one tissue paper, one pillow each and no extra , so difficult if you got breathing problems if you want to elevate your head , they only supplied shampoo and shower gel for one

location is convenient. bed is comfortable and en-suite rooms are spacious. air con works well. overall clean.

I am not trying to be picky but facility need more maintenance. a few examples: 1)in our room the front door knob wasn’t there. it was ok when open it as you can push the door but when closing it is awkward. 2) the knob of bathroom door has fallen off when we try to close the door as one screw was missing. 3) appreciate you provided the room (or cupboard) for luggage before checkin time, but the room has other random cleaning stuff which is not even clean and tidy. 4) the sink in one bathroom was running very slow so we have to go to my daughter’s room to brush teeth. 5) the blanket is very thin (understand it is hot summer) and my daughter feels a bit cold in the evening, we found an extra duvet in one cupboard but it doesn’t look very clean so give up. all above little things could make the staying a bit awkward. as there is no reception we didn’t see any host so don’t feel being helped.

It was a awesome place at a nice location and the manager did allow us to keep our luggage in luggage room ahead of check-in which was great help
