The apartment is very spacious and very clean. Kitchen is a bit small but well equipped. You can tell that Ingrid the owner takes good care of the apartment and her guests by how she prepares the apartment for her next guests and all the small items she provides both in the bathroom and in the kitchen. We did not meet Ingrid since she was out of country when we visited, but she sent us instructions and videos to help us with the check in. She even contacted a taxi to pick us up from the bus stop. Ingrid also provided us with tips on what is going on in Salzburg and kept in contact during our stay just to make sure that our visit was pleasant.

A beautiful spacious apartment with a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere. The location is great as someone can walk to the center. It was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The owner is a very gentle lady.

Ingrid went above and beyond as a host, from meeting us when we arrived and providing great tips for where to explore, to bringing us a Buggy to borrow and finally even mailing an item we forgot at the apartment, she was absolutely wonderful! The apartment itself was beautiful, fully equipped, and even had an air conditioner. We were able to walk to an idyllic park in the morning and into the city center in the afternoon, each only 10-15 minutes away. Billa grocery store is only a 5 min walk from the apartment. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay as a family and would highly recommend!

Beautiful location, very close to the center. Ingrid was very friendly and helpful with everything, she absolutely very good, kind and intelligent person. We had reservation only for one night, unfortunately our rental car had technical issues and we arrived at 6 am in the morning and supposed to check out at 10 am, Ingrid was so kind and let us to stay up to 12pm. She came at 12 pm with warm croissants and treat us, we were very surprised of it. Beside it, she drove us in her vehicle to familiarized us with the city, we were really impressed.

The location is perfect, you feel you are outside the city, in the country, yet it is only a 20mins walk to the stunning old town. The property is traditional in style and in immaculate order. Our apartment was perfectly situated on the top floor. The space was clean, fresh, and amble to the extent that it made our holiday all the more special. We truly enjoyed our time in this property.

This is a beautiful apartment in a residential part of Salzburg. The furnishings were excellent and the beds were incredibly comfortable. While small, the kitchen was well supplied. Ingrid, the hostess, obviously takes great care of the property. It was immaculately clean. She also was incredibly helpful and took great effort to make sure we were comfortable. The location was quite good. It is not in the old part of Salzburg but this type of property would be very difficult to find in the old city. Monchsburg is between this apartment and the old city. However, it is an easy walk through the tunnel and you are at the Salzburger Festspiele. Alternatively there are several convenient public transportation stops within a block of the apartment. I would enthusiastically recommend this apartment.

The apartment is on the top floor (third) so if there is a lot of luggage, it is a bit of a job.

Wonderful flat, excellent location. Very comfortable and clean. Ingrid is an exceptional host and was so helpful with recommendations during our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return again.

Beautiful apartment and the owner was lovely. Very clean, WiFi worked really well and the bus stop for bus 22 was just at the end of the road. Walk into the old city took about 15mins.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, well-appointed and in a perfect location. Ingrid is a phenomenal host and went extremely above and beyond to accommodate us. I cannot recommend this property enough- it was spectacular!!!

Everything was Great: spacious, with complete "equipment" for my baby (crid, chair, bath add-ons, some toys), warm. Wonderful. There is also private parking available. It looks better than on pictures. It is in nice neighborhood and close to the city (walking). Hosts are really pleasant and available for all the instructions. Thank you, Ingrid. For all recommendation.

Good location for an easy 12 min walk to the city. Ingrid was a great host and super helpful and accommodating. Quiet neighborhood. 2 BR was good for our family. Toys, high chair, crib, dishes all available for our 2 year old.

The shower was a bit cramped for a gentlemen.

The apartment is gorgeous, spacious, clean and situated in a really beautiful part of Salzburg. From the apartment, it's only a short walk to Schloss Leopoldskron and to the city centre. We really appreciated that Ingrid was such a lovely host! She took excellent care of us and our little daughter, and even brought over a little paddling pool for her to play with when it was really hot. We'd definitely recommend staying at the villa!

It was great. big and comfortable. Anyone will not be able to complain of rooms.

If you have a car, it could be a little hassle to get in and out. But it's not a big deal. Kein Problem
