The host was always available and helped with all the questions we had. During our stay there was a problem with water supply in the whole city and the host suggested us to move to other apartments they had (we chose Morro Jable). That was really kind and saved our vacation. Would definitely recommend this host and will definitely reach out to them when we are on Fuerteventura nest time!

Location was not optimal for a tourist visit, but it is the case for the hole city.

The apartments were advertised as having access to the rooftop which was one of the main reasons why we chose them. When we arrived, the rooftop was locked. When asked, the agency replied it was for "maintenance works" although during our stay (10 days) no works were actually performed. There was no hot water during our stay. He beds were not comfy and the windows in all the bedrooms were overlooking other apartments, so the bedrooms were super loud during the night (crying babies etc). Overall, I would not book this venue again.
