Without my knowledge Hotel themselves has provided review on my behalf and this is wrong. I never wrote review and they did it by themselves, booking.com must investigate this.

They asked for complete payment upfront for all three days, No wifi in room requested many time but no update, Very poor quality Breakfast and served after 9:00. I suggest not to book breakfast.

Location is central I demanded quite and smoking room they provided staff were helpful

Uno schifo assoluto. Era piu pulita una stalla che la camera. È assurdo come le persone recensiscono positivamente. Mi sono fidata sia della descrizione che delle recensioni su booking. Purtroppo la realtà si presenta ben diversa. Lenzuola sporche e asciugamani peggio. Nel bagno la finestra non aveva vetri. Il pavimento era alquanto sporco soprattutto vicino ai comodini e ai letti.

La sporcizia. Se fossi rimasta in strada a dormire, sarebbe stato piu pulito.

Very congested property and locality is not accessible to autos or rickshaws or cars . We have to walk all the way for 20 minutes to catch a car or auto.

I must say about location is really fantastic very close to Arti ghat and temple major tourist attraction are near by staff is really courteous which make our stay even more comfortable I had a lot of good memories from Varanasi over all my experience was good .

Not so much to say if you want to see negavite it’s everywhere it’s a good buddy friendly hotel

Localization. Quiet rooms.

The rooms are totally dirty, they don't use any cleaning products, only water and dirty dry cloths. We arrived around midnight and our room was in terrible condition. They showed us another room and it was dirty as well, in addition the furniture was broken. I've never seen such huge layer of dust anywhere in India before. We wanted to leave the hotel, but reception man refused to give us money back. After call with manager we received third room where furniture was okay but it was still very dirty. We asked for cleaning. Everything took 2 hours in the night. They do not use any cleaning products in the bathroom, just water, so bacterias are everywhere. Manager is not available in Varanasi at all, so I don't understand what is his role and for what he receive his salary. Reception man wanted to charge the tax twice and I can see in other opinions that it was not first time so be careful. It is not mistake but regular scam and thieft. Reception man took the picture of the Booking.com reservation number and PIN. With this data they can leave fake opinions about the hotel in the name of guests. This data is personal, please be careful and do not give them your phone. At the end they cancelled our reservation "by mistake". They promised to fix it, but it never happen. We contacted with Booking.com to give us the option to leave opinion about the hotel.

Location was good so i could roam around.

Hi, I have given the room which is next to reception counter. So i was not able to sleep and no privacy. Lot of noise always coming from reception day and night. On asking change of room, executive says all the rooms are full. Other issues was the cleaning. While I was going out i told specific to do the cleaning. After coming back I am still seeing dirty towels scattered and not replaced with cleaned one. The third major issue is there were no water, i couldn't do bath on 19th. Room was giving smell like it was closed for long time. Not even they did room freshener spray even on asking.

Hotel is just centrally located we travelled with a group of e friend stay at this property for four days it was super host Mr Ankit was really fantastic and very respectful as we are all above age group of 60 as a senior individual it's was really super to be treated so much with love and respect it can happen only in India to respect elder person like us do visit this property especially to meet this super host they gave us a guide for three days he didn't demand money from us what we gave he was happy his name was Mr Kishan good boy very satisfied with the hotel must visit go as a traveller not as a inspector
