The rooms are too hot. At least an air conditioner in the private rooms will be good.

Although I had to purchase toilet paper upon arrival since none was in the apartment and the common spaces are not cleaned regularly, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room nicely equipped with a spacious closet. The kitchen is also well equipped. For the price, I still couldn't beat it. However, there needs to be even a minimum effort to providing soap and toilet paper in the common spaces and cleaning them. Then this apartment would be extremely comfortable!

Unfortunately, the apartment, which is shared amongst 5 guests, does not have regular cleanings of the common spaces. I needed to wear socks in the apartment to keep my feet from being really dirty, and needed to clean the fridge (and garbage can!!) before I put my food inside! I even had to go to Lidl to purchase toilet paper, hand soap, and sponges upon arrival, as there was almost none, and the staff vis booking did not reply on the weekend. However, when I left them know about the situation, they gave me one free night, which was great. However, no one came to clean the common spaces! They also need to post some rules for the common spaces for the guests (like don't pile dishes in the sink) to help a bunch of strangers share a common kitchen and bathroom. I was also not sent the code for the key box before check-in, so I needed to call. This worked, and I didn't find the key box too difficult to find, although I can understand that others may have found it confusing. In the stairwell, the apartment is also not clearly indicated. I hoped for a doormat or some sort of small sign to indicate this was the apartment. The hosts messaged me the floor number and which door it should be, but i still was a bit afraid I was trying to open someone's apartment! All information, like on checkout, was provided in French. I would recommend also providing it in English for international guests.

Well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms. Really close to the tramway but on the quiet street. Comfortable bed.

Getting the keys is the real quest 😄 No hanger to hang you clothes in the bathrooms.

The way of getting key is complicated, you cannot find where is the key box easily. I called owner, she doesn't speak English well, we didn't understand anything each other. And no instructions where is the room, no sign on the door, all doos look same, so confusing. I called owner again, and she got mad and shout to me "Why you cannot find, it's easy, I don't understand". It's definitely not the behavior to the guest. I won't recommend to stay here

I have not met any staff. I was a little confused as to what key opens what door and the room number was not provided.
