great location, near tube stations and food options. Very clean room
Perhaps a microwave oven? Would have been handy to have but not essential.

Faultless - smooth check in, a beautifully decorated and spacious room with all the amenities I needed. Nice touch that there was oatly milk for my coffee! Great location for getting everywhere easily. Really loved my stay.

All was perfect: the communication before arrival, the instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear, the luggage storage option is available and very clear for understanding from the quick instructional video sent by the support team.
I don't remember any.

I liked how central it was and how peaceful the property was.
My toilet wasn’t clean, it had a black stain in it and it made me uncomfortable through out my stay. Stayed for 8 days and I had to call on the 5th day about my complimentary cleaning and they came to clean it on the 6th day. Even with that I had to text and ask about it first, I didn’t like it at all.
