The home was well equipped and comfortable. We were on the island for a wedding and the central location worked well for the wedding activities and pick ups and drop offs we had to do. The kitchen was well-equipped and it was lovely having the comfortable outdoor space. Cheers!

We enjoyed the privacy and location of this VRBO while we stayed on the Island waiting for our new home purchase to close. This was Thanksgiving week and we were well supported by the home management group for all of our requests!
Big home with a huge deck and yard. The yard would be so much fun for younger children. The yard was clean and had a climbing toy/swing. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and our older children had nice space downstairs for themselves.

We spent 4 days, 3 nights, on Whidbey, including spending evenings with two sets of friends. It was nice to see Langley back to life, and we really enjoyed Bayview. The home is in a pretty good location, and would be just fine as a permanent residence, but the neighborhood is unappealing, unattractive, and not scenic. (This was NOT misrepresented in the property description, but we would not have chosen the location had there been other Turnkey locations available.)

Directions and everything about the house were communicated very well by Turnkey. The house is about 4 miles from the water in a neighborhood but centrally located to various spots on the island. Loved the coffee and breakfast at Whitby Donuts down the street. The house was very welcoming and had all the amenities needed, including extra thoughtful touches like throw blankets, cookbooks, etc. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house but the outside deck was set up for lounging and dining. The beds were comfortable which was super nice. I do wish they set out more bath towels and cleaned outside of spiders/webs, etc. However, very minor issues.

It's a very clean house. Love to gather on the large deck, with fire pit. Located where there's very little street traffic. TurnKey management communicates often via texts with useful information, and, I got a $10 Starbucks gift card for my honest review, good or bad.

Great house in the suburbs but close enough to everything. One caveat: this house sleeps eight and we were given exactly eight bath towels for our three day stay. Would be nice if they’d spring for another set or two...

It's a very clean house. Love to gather on the large deck, with fire pit. Located where there's very little street traffic. TurnKey management communicates often via texts with useful information, and, I got a $10 Starbucks gift card for my honest review, good or bad.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean and comfortable and just the right size for our party: four adults and three teenagers. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the two full/one half bathrooms accommodated everyone in our group. We loved the huge outdoor deck, furniture, and gas grill. It would have been nice to have a spot for outdoor dining because there is plenty of room on the deck. But, the dining table overlooks the deck and was plenty big for us. Our only criticism is that the location is okay. The neighborhood was plenty safe but wasn't our favorite in terms of curb appeal. It's about a 3 mile drive to Langley and it is possible to walk to a couple of restaurants/bar but we weren't crazy about walking on the side of such a busy road. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and nice place to stay but just be prepared to sacrifice a little on location.

House adequate for our short stay with 2 young kids. Had activities for kids (games, toys, play structure) which was great. Deer in the yard every day. Of note, house did have musty smell, particularly on Lower level. Location was just okay for the price

Wonderfully relaxing and quiet. Backyard view of woods and lovely patio set up. Nearby Farmers market and hikes were awesome

We found the house to be quite spacious and nicely arranged. Especially loved the pillows and the beds.
PS: The ping pong table was missing balls. Luckily, we were able to find a store on the island that carried ping pong balls. We left a few for future guests.

Our family loves to retreat to Whidbey Island in the summer, and this house was a treat. It was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for all to relax or be entertained, and an easy drive to all the attractions we wanted to visit.
The location got 4/5 stars because of some disruptions from neighbors across the street - we were perfectly safe, but it was the only small mar on our stay. We also found limited supplies for dish cleaning (two packets of dishwasher detergent, and we supplied our own sponge).
This was my first time visiting a Turnkey property and I would do it again! The process was very smooth.

We were a family of four adults, so there was plenty of room. The property manager was excellent...she answered all questions, issues, etc via text. The property was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. The big deck was nice to hang out on after our long days of hiking and site seeing. We even got back a couple of nights early enough to enjoy the fire table and watch the sun set on the deck. We also enjoyed a family tournament of foosball and miniature pingpong. Overall, I would recommend the property as long as you are OK with not having a view and not being on the water. By the way, the property is a few blocks away from a small lake, but it appeared to be a private with no public access.

We appreciated the extra space for our kids to play both indoors & out. Beds & pillows were comfortable, kitchen appliances were nice. We’ll definitely consider staying here again during future visits to the island.

This property totally met our expectation and had everything we needed for a comfortable get away. Activities and the area for them was perfect! Our grandchildren, ages 7., 5 ,5 (twins),and 4 loved the WI games and Kareoke machine. There are a few needs to address though, just to give you planning information for future guests.. The cushions for the outdoor deck benches were all wet from the bin they were stored in and therefore not unusable. You might consider a bin that is tighter for storing. The cable to the DVD player was missing and we called about that and got a very quick response. FYI ..We ended up not going to purchase one so it is still missing one for use. A couple of you ceramic coasters had been broken by previous guest...again just FYI. We found others to use in the cabinet . As a suggestion, we would recommend a supply of batteries for the games/toys, as some of the games we had to switch out batteries to use. This information is NOT to criticize but to be informative for future use in the home. We LOVED staying there and EVERYONE wants to go back...we may even make it an annual family event. Turnkey did an excellent job of all its information and WE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN A HAPPIER FAMILY. Thank you for this delightful place to get away to!!!! We will return.
