Our family of 4 stayed here during the holidays. It was very clean and perfect for our needs! It’s right next to Hendrix College and only a few blocks from downtown. We will definitely be staying here again.

The place was very clean and comfortable and close to everything!! Even had seasonings and spices and candy, which was a nice touch. My only suggestion would be to get a full-sized ironing board!

Traveled to Conway for a quick visit and enjoyed my stay. I was not there very much, but it had everything I needed, if I had needed something. Close to everything. Would stay here again.

We used the property as a home away from home while our daughter played softball tournament. It was clean and nice and allowed us space to cook and hangout in between games. Kris was attentive and answered very quickly. I recommend this stay. Thanks

I stayed here with a couple others and it was so clean inside, and such a cute little property! You could hear the train being loud, but I don’t put blame on anyone for that. Need a quiet little stay with a few friends? This is your place! Thank you so much!

This is the second time we have stayed at a VRBO hosted by Kris. Her homes are spotless and very comfortable. She also has little extras like coffee, tea, chocolates and even a few spices to make our stay a bit easier, especially if we were cooking. This condo is near the train line but it didn't keep us awake at night.

This townhouse is comfortable and clean. It is definitely well worth the money. Host very quick to respond. Thankful we picked this unit instead of a hotel room for visiting family this Thanksgiving!

We had an amazing time. Property was exactly as advertised and communicating was easy.
This was my first time using this way to rent a property. Was great. Kris was easy to communicate with and very helpful. House was stocked with coffee, which after a 24 hour drive was awesome. Very clean and organized.

Home was in convenient location to everything. I am originally from Conway so this was definitely a plus. Home was super clean and cute. I was very impressed with the items that were stalked in the home. I would definitely rent again. I have alsI told all my friends and family.

The townhome is cozy, well appointed, and convenient to downtown Conway.
Kris is an exceptional host, and her thoughtfulness in providing for her guests does not go unnoticed. Fluffy towels, comfy beds, kitchen extras like mixing bowls and a drink pitcher are only a few of her touches that ensure that “at home” feel.
Each of my stays here have been pleasant, quiet, and very relaxing.

EXCELLENT
The condo is absolutely precious and very clean. It was in a great location to get to downtown and to the college for the basketball tournament! The only thing that we missed was having a TV in the bedroom to watch the news Etc!
