Nice home in a nice area. We got caught in a 10 year storm and the power was out for many hours... This had zero to do with the home, but it cut our stay short as no A/C in BHC is not an option.

Excellent home
Amber's place was comfortable and very welcoming. Place was stocked with everything we needed. Rooms were large enough for all of my family. Outside BBQ helped us save money as well!
The neighborhood felt safe. The private boat launch in the community was a plus!
She was very communicative and sincere.
We will definitely stay here again.

Winter escape from the cold weather
We stayed here for just over a month and it was a great stay. The house is in a nice area and had all we needed to feel at home. The host, Amber, is very responsive and personable. I would definitely recommend!!

This was a nice change from staying at the casinos. There was a Target, Walmart, nice restaurants close by. The house was very clean, parked the boat right in front of the house and didn't have to worry about a crowded parking lot/casino/restaurants. Was about 15 minutes from the lake. Right next to river. Will definitely come back.

Great location for all BHC has to offer!
We enjoyed our stay at this property for a few months over the summer while we planned our next move. It's located between BHC and Fort Mohave, which was great for us since it meant we weren't in the thick of the summer crowd craziness, but had easy access to it when we wanted to be! The house itself is laid out well, 3 bedrooms, one of which we ended up using as an office since we wfh. We loved the master suite, especially all the space in the bathroom, plus the back patio was nice in the evenings. The house was also equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a stay, towels, cooking items, extra bedding etc. The neighborhood was mostly quiet and well-kept. No barking dogs or rowdy neighbors and we never got any "weird vibes" from anyone that we interacted with. We don't have a boat, but having beach and marina access right within the neighborhood seemed really convenient. Amber was amazing to work with and answered all of my questions and concerns and kept us informed of the neighborhood info. The city seemed to be doing some upgrades throughout the neighborhood while we were there, we could never quite figure out what they were doing, but fingers crossed for fiber internet! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to hang with the family!

Great rental in Bullhead City
We had a very enjoyable stay at this home. It was clean and had everything we needed for our family weekend boating trip. We will definitely rent here again in the future.

Awesome!
Great location situated near nice restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and about a mile from the river. Very clean house. It felt like being home. Everything you may need was readily available (utensils, towels, extra pillows, cookware, etc). Didn't have to worry about going to a restaurant. Bought our own food and cooked every night on the stove and bbq grill. The house was a keyless entry. We did not have to worry about carrying a key with us. Two thumbs up!

Excellent Lake Trip
We very much enjoyed being able to come back from the lake each day to a cozy house where we could cook our meals and socialize together. Will likely not stay in a hotel moving forward! Amber was readily available for the few questions we had and accommodated a late check out. Thank you, Amber!

Last minute family get away
This was a hidden gem. The house was perfect for my family and kids. We loved how close it was to the private launch ramp as and made it very easy spend the day out on the river.
Amber was awesome to work with and very responsive. Her house was probably one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed at and the house had everything you could need.
We will absolutely be staying here again.

Great house in BHC
This house was perfect for our family. Just a block off Hwy 95 and easy to get to Lake Mohave (20 mins) and Pirates Cove (35 mins). Air conditioning was ice cold and even with 7 people plenty of hot water for showers. Very big living room too. Owner Amber answered all questions within minutes.. Would definitely stay here again !!!

Best neighborhood in the Tristate Area
I own a vacation home in the neighborhood and needed more rooms for a family reunion. I do not personally know this homeowner. I found the listing on VRBO and booked it. The Check in process was super easy. I was able to do a look thru before my guest arrived and the house was clean and well stocked. The lay out was good. My family said all the beds were comfortable. The check out process was just as easy as check in.
Again disclaimer I own a home in the neighborhood because it is the best one in the area. With this rental you get access to our private community "lagoon" with private community boat launch. The lagoon is perfect for families with children. You have access to the swift waters of the river but can relax while your children play in the calm no wake zone of the lagoon.
I will not hestitate to rent this property again .

Our experience was wonderful
It was an absolute perfect stay for us!!! House is super clean and kitchen is fully equipped with everything we could think of. Owner responded quickly whenever we needed to communicate, and was also super kind to accommodate our needs regarding arrival and leaving times. We definitely recommend this property, and will definitely return if we need to stay in the area.

Very nice family home
We enjoyed our stay! The owner was very easy to communicate with and friendly. The house is great spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient very close to shops and restaurants. There are many nearby spots to enjoy the river as well.
