bathroom basin very small. no kettle. no draining board after washing up. The bar below stays open till 2am Friday and Saturday and is quite noisy then they put all chairs and tables away till 2.30am, kept us awake. Impossible to sleep.

Location is nice, room is spacious, airy and light. Roof terrace is big bonus! Well equiped kitchen, market just around the corner, great fish!

Tiny bathroom, no cleaning or enough toiletpaper. Noisy at night, but thats because of the central location. But their policy concerning deposit is weird and unprofessional.

Check in & check out not at all clear. Check in - didn't seem to be expecting us, altho we had confirmed it in an email.Then delayed because they asked us to pay what we had already paid to booking.com - which was embarrassing, also tricky as she barely spoke English.Not a great start. Check out - we had to find out what to do with keys as not clear. Then got 2 emails which gave conflicting instructions. Really need to have a safe in the apartment, in my opinion. Significant construction works very close to apartment, which caused machinery noise from 0730 but also caused traffic/parking choas. We should have been told this before we got there, as we had a hire car. Also more confusion because we had some paperwork saying we had allocated parking, but when we got there we didn't. It should be made more clear when you book that the apartment is very noisy from the wine bar below. This mainly starts around 6pm and carries on til approx midnight every night. Noise from people inside and outside the bar, but also music speakers outside right underneath the apartment windows. We needed earplugs to sleep.

It was a very outstanding place, we feel in the apartment as on aquarium. Very light place - many windows to many sides. There was everything you need if you stay there even for longer time. A "Mercado" with a wide offer of fishes everyday, just 2 minutes far, perfect!!!

A little smell from the entry hall - maybe some smaller problem with waste water...?
