It’s well positioned - proximity to the train station and Bologna sights and old town. The host was responsive and helpful.

Central location, good room with air conditioning.
Lack of clarity over check-out time - on arrival we were told we did not need to leave by the stated 10am check-out provided we sent a WhatsApp request beforehand on the morning of check-out. Despite doing this (requesting an 11am check-out), the cleaner arrived promptly at 10am and we had to pack up with 10 mins notice. I don't think it was the cleaner's fault, just a miscommunication, but I would rather have been told there was no option for late check-out than to have to rush to pack when hoping for a slight lie-in!

The location of this place was perfect and the room itself was very comfortable. Valeria was very helpful and great at communication.
A light in the stairwell up to the room would be ideal but torch on phone works well.

The sheets made us itchy and an allergy probably from bedbugs or lack of cleanliness, the room is not cleaned every day but you have to ask
