We loved that…-it was pet friendly-it was clean-it was exactly like the photos-close to the beach-fabulous AC & ceiling fans-nice frig & microwave-was equipped with most of what we needed; plenty of towels and more! -sink was great! -TV worked great! - the unit was the perfect size for two people and a dog! -there were lots of water toys! We did NOT like…-the dishwasher did not clean the dishes!-the oven never got hot enough.-it did NOT have a Keurig! -the washer and dryer worked, but was soooooo incredibly loud! -the toilet is a child size!! It is way too small!!- there was no large skillet, only one small one.-the sub floor is bad in the bathroom and the tile is broken in several places. We had to put a rug down so the tile would not cut our feet. Lots of repairs needed! -the bed was as hard as a rock.-It’s definitely an older unit that needs up-dated appliances and the floor repaired. -One of the glass shelves in the shower is tilted, and could fall soon.-The drain in the shower was lower than the tile, and that may be what is causing the sub floor to rot. ??-One of the feet on the couch looks twisted and could be broken. We did not mess with it as we did not want to make it worse.-the water hose in the back had holes in out and did not work. (But the shower did work!) We are also property managers, and thought it would help for you to know these things!

What stood out to me the most was the awesome patio. It is shared with another condo but it was till awesome because very spacious and the beach front location was a given. There were some minor wear and tear in the condo. As mentioned in other guest review prior, the washing machine makes a very loud noise so I would advise to do your laundry during the day or when you are not in the condo. We had to take our dog to some place else to let her do her job due to lack of grassy area but it wasn’t very far. The staff were very pleasant and tentative when we needed them. The condo had another door aside from the main door that led to the condo next door and that didn’t set too well with us because the knobs on both our door and theirs faced each other to where they can unlock ours and we can unlock theirs so we reported that to the main office and they sent the maintenance guy right away and he fixed the knob for us to where our neighbors can’t open it. He was very pleasant also! All in all we loved it!

Curtains both in the kitchen and going outside over the sliding doors were badly stained. The washing machine was so loud that we actually couldn’t hear each other talk, we had to sit on the patio and still could hear it quiet loudly, our neighbors came over to check on us because of the loud sound. There were no basic kitchen items to cook meals with, chefs knives, pans, pots, frying pans, only a few miss matched glasses. Floor seems very uneven and mismatched tiles. Bed was very worn and not comfortable.Unit was sufficient and in a good location but, for what we were paying here the unit should be updated and stocked.
