The location is excellent albeit without private parking but there is ample parking opposite and the hotel sell a pass for parking across derbyshire car parks which is helpful.The room was large and spacious with a large tv and two comfortable chairs Throughout the room it was very clean and modern and a fridge which was a nice addition. Air con worked well and sound proofing is excellent.
Breakfast was one of the best and Eva provided excellent customer service.
It would have been nice to have a fitting to secure the shower head,the jacuzzi bath is a feature not everyone could accomodate they are very deep.

Great location, central and near a big car park. The rooms was perfect, very clean and well turned out, lovely complimentary toiletries, nice fluffy towels and the bed was so comfortable. It's nice to have a mini fridge in the room and tea and coffee making facilities too. The breakfast was delicious and great value for money, we had two good sized full english breakfasts with toast and a large fresh orange each and it was £20.

Very helpful staff on our arrival that explained clearly where we could park and come back to the hotel.
The room was spacious, very clean, smelt brilliant, and we had everything we needed.
The room was really quiet too, which was surprising as on the morning there was a market getting set up that we never heard at all.
We will definitely make another trip back.

Lovely, clean hotel, staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel situated in centre of town, walking distance to all local amenities.
just a slight concern, bath was on the deep side yet had no grip handle for support to exit shower/bath. This could be problem for elderly/less able guests.

The location is perfect, at the heart of engaging Bakewell. The room was large, spotlessly clean, modern and well-designed with a very comfortable bed. All the equipment worked perfectly - air conditioning, shower etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing Bedroom and very spacious, luxury room. Very clean, great location.
Parking was a shocking experience and caused great distress. More so on a Sunday night when market day on a Monday. Machine and signs controdick them selves. Moved the car in the end to New Street and limited parking after an hour stood in the cold. 😒

Room and bed, were excellent. Breakfast catered for everyone's individual requirements, was well prepared from quality ingredients. Evening meal menu, pretty standard.
Parking was a worry, pity the hotel can not come to some arrangement with local car park providers.

The room was relaxing and spacious. The hotel was so central and easy. The staff were really helpful and friendly. It was a snowy weekend and the staff made sure we knew that the route was clear for us and made it possible for us to still come and have a fantastic weekend.
