La atención de Cinthia fue de 10, la habitación es confortable, la cama es cómoda, el wifi funciona perfectamente, puedes aparcar el coche justo en la puerta de entrada a la habitación. El aire acondicionado es de pago, pero con el ventilador de techo no hizo falta. No hay nevera en la habitación pero se pueden dejar cosas en una nevera compartida. En resumen súper recomendable.

L’hôtel est a proximité d’une 2x2 voies très bruyante. La chambre est très peu équipée : savon minuscule, sortie de bain aussi grande qu’un torchon, Clim payante, … Serviettes et draps propres mais tachés Les draps sont en matière synthétique ce qui n’est pas agréable dans une zone humide. La terrasse est existante mais pas vraiment utilisable compte tenu du bruit extérieur. Je vous conseille de mettre quelques euros supplémentaires dans votre réservation pour avoir plus de confort et services

I think it needs a small fridge and a microwave as there are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby.

Nice, modern, functional interior. Big bathroom, great shower with a 'nature window' which made one feel like you were having a shower in the jungle.

A small fridge would have been nice.

we really liked it! nice room, beautiful bath room, easy accessible and quiet. you can hear the street a bit, but it’s not bad at all. at least for us it was perfect. we arrived by car.

lots of hooks and a wire to hang your wet swimsuits, free drinking water, coffee maker, free parking in front of the house, shower with a view, good water pressurw, hot and cold water in the shower, comfortable bed (a bit hard), good wifi, owner was nice and offerd us suggestions for tours and food. he has a cat and a dog on the premises (they try to enter your room if you leave the doors open).

no comforter/blankets on the bed (we were a bit cold at night), noise from cars at night, construction going on next to the room starting in early morning hours, you have to pay for the ac, no fridge in the room. the location - this didnt bother us as we had a car, but if you rely on public transport this might not be the best option for you (quite far from Bacalar).

We had a very enjoyable stay ! Everything is very clean and the staff is kind and attentive. For the location we had a car so everything we wanted to visit was within reach. Recommended 💯
