Very loud on the streets and it was difficult to sleep with an open window on hot summer nights.

We were greated by the host and given a tour of the appartment with explanations on how to opperate some of the equipment. The appartment was very close to the station and only approx 500 metre from the lkake front.

It’s location to the train station - right across the street! - made it easy to get around Switzerland and beyond. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to save money making some of our own meals instead of eating out all the time. Ae loved having our morning coffee out on the balcony! Having a washer and dryer meant we could pack much lighter and just do laundry periodically. It was also surprisingly quiet for such a busy area! And it was a five minute walk to Lake Geneva! The owners were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had about the property and surrounding area.
My only complaint was the pillows - I have a bad neck and needed something a little stiffer - maybe having a few extra in a cupboard - I ended up using some sofa pillows under my own. But this is a minor complaint and wouldn’t stop me from staying there again! Other visitors should also be aware that being near the train station also meant there were always some shady people standing around - we discovered they were there to sell drugs. We did not feel unsafe - even with our children - they were just always there and we got used to it.

Perfect location for those arriving by train - less than a block away from Vevey train station. For those arriving by car there are several parking options nearby (be aware that parking is quite expensive, and street parking is not easy to find).
The apartment is located on the second floor and the building has an elevator. The hosts live in the same building, so communication is easy. They provided excellent advice regarding activities and places to visit.
The apartment is very spacious and comfortable; very nice kitchen and bathroom. 4 single beds (2 in each bedroom, can be put together as double beds) allow for flexibility with sleeping arrangements. The sleeper sofa in the living room is very large, easy to set up, and very comfortable.
Huge covered balcony. Washer and dryer!
Shopping center with Migros, Manor, Denner and many other stores only about 2 blocks away.

Not right if you want to cook and eat there (not enough pots, no tablecloth, no paper)

Very convenient & apartment is very well equipped
Its a bit noisy at night. So we closed the window, after closing window the room is stuffy. It will be good if we can have fans in both rooms

Lovely apartment that was clean, comfortable and next door to the train station. USA guest will love the extra large space not normally available in Europe. The washer and dryer in the apt was very helpful.
