Es gibt 3 Kajaks und ein 2-Personen-Kanu (Keowee) mit Paddeln und Schwimmwesten. Es gibt auch eine öffentliche Bootsanlegestelle und einen Wanderweg in 3 Meilen Entfernung, so dass Sie Boote oder Jetskis starten können. Von der Anlegestelle aus können Sie angeln, Krabben beobachten und Delfine beobachten.

We spent so much time out on the dock either fishing, watching fish and crabs, watching the stars/satellites, or just relaxing. We also loved the pool, hammock, games, birds, butterflies, sunsets.... etc.
This was our first visit to NC and I'm really happy we chose this house/location. It was incredible to be right on the water! And although neighbors also had docks, we (almost) never saw anyone else the entire time we were there. Very private but also easy access to the more peopley areas.

The home was great and met everyone’s needs. There was ample opportunities for fun in the sun, with fishing from the dock, kayaking, and swimming in the pool. Inside offered television for relaxation, shuffle board and the arcade game that offered 42 different games, though two of us adults found ourselves ending each night by competing against each other playing pin ball. We definitely enjoyed our time here as a family and hope to do it again sometime soon.

Our family had an AMAZING time at this property!! This was an extended family vacation and there was something for everyone! We thought the majority of our time would be spent in and around the pool, but we spent every morning, afternoon, and evening on the dock. We fished day and night and caught several spotted sea trout. We also caught several crabs and were able to have a crab boil and fish tacos on our last night. The sound was perfect for fishing, swimming, and kayaking. The sunset view was breathtaking! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The game room and shuffleboard were a huge hit, and we put the puzzles and games to good use on our rainy day.
We highly recommend this home!! It was conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. We took day trips to Corolla to see the wild horses, spent hours on the beach at Pea Island, chartered a fishing boat in Wanchese, and took the kids to play mini golf and ride go karts in Kitty Hawk. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive! We wish we could have extended our stay and plan to return in the future.

Quiet comfortable and beautiful setting with the Sound in the backyard. Great family home well-equipped for multiple indoor and outdoor activities. Property owner was friendly kind and communicative, We had a wonderful vacation!

This was our first extended family vacation and we could not have asked for a better property. The pool was wonderful, there was plenty of room for all 9 of us, and the extras at the house like fishing poles, crab traps and a well stocked kitchen made this an amazing trip. The water on the sound was too choppy for us to use the kayaks and SUPs but the view more than made up for that.

Private Paradise on the Sound
A beautiful property, inside and out. Lots of room to spread out and plenty to do on site. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very accommodating!

Refreshing family getaway
Great place for a three generation family time. All enjoyed the pool, swimming in the sound, the kayaks and paddle boards, and other family games. Coffee overlooking the sound in the morning and beautiful sunsets at night framed our days!

Point Harbor on the Sound
We really enjoyed our stay on the Sound. We spent long hours in the pool, cooked out several times on the grill. We loved the fire pit and made smores with the kids. The kayaks and floats were a nice treat for free, and we loved watching the sunsets on the dock! The house was clean and well stocked with every kitchen item you could want, and lots of board and video games to keep us laughing in the evenings. It was very nice place and the owner was very responsive to all out questions! I would recommend to anyone!

Was able to do morning excursions to Jockey's Ridge State Park, local beaches, see the wild horses in Corolla and then afternoons in the pool and fishing/swimming/kayaking in the sound. Gorgeous sunsets on the dock too! The property has it all and the owners were extremely nice and accommodating with our dates!

Enjoyed it much.
Fishing was good from pier and boat. Caught enough for two nights supper for eight people. Relaxful time, weather was good. Only negative thing I would say about the property is, it could use a deep cleaning inside of home. Owner was very pleasant and helpful.

Hidden GEM!
This property is a hidden gem for families. The owner told me about the bay / sound prior to arriving and how much fun it would be for my sons and he was right. One of my sons barely used the pool at all because he was having soooo munch fun in the bay! Thanks again John, we had a blast!

Family vacay
We had a great time staying at this house! The crabbing was some of the best we’ve seen in years. We caught enough crabs to steam for lunch twice during our stay! The kids enjoyed jumping off the dock and the bottom was nice and sandy. We hope to return again next year! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Great House/Great Location
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for our group. We were disappointed that the pictures showed a hot tub, but there wasn’t one. We enjoyed the canyes, kayaks, paddle boards, pool and fishing pier. Very close to other attractions.

Loved Our Stay!
Did a mini family reunion at the Outer Banks. 3 of our families stayed at this home. We all enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect. Enjoyed our days swimming in the sound. John's home provided everything we needed. Communication was great and he was always available to answer our questions. We will definitely be back. Stay here without hesitation. You will not be sorry.

Beautiful View
Our group of friends had a wonderful stay here on this beautiful property and it had more than enough space for all 8 of us. There was lots to do on the property and the dock was so beautiful my now fiancè proposed to me on it. We had a great time, and the owners were very helpful and professional in their contact with us. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would love to come back next summer.

Perfect quiet sound side property
We had an absolute blast enjoying what this property has to offer. So much to do. We had a jet ski with us which was perfect. Lake is not crowded. Had almost the entire sound to ourselves. Could have been a little cleaner. Kitchen has about everything you needed. Plenty of space in the home. Actually felt bigger than I was expecting. This was our first trip to the outer banks and it was awesome. Beach is just a 10 minute drive from this property.
