Very good location, beach practically on the doorstep. Shops and pubs within 5 min walk and 20 min walk to Woolacombe

Could do with a bit of updating

The stepped garden area was a bit scary for the children, do we didn't use it.

The property is really breathtaking when you walk in, it is a little tired and there are areas that need to be addressed, but seriously it is so spacious and airy, there was plenty room for all 8 of us. The rooms are all comfortable sizes and the bathrooms were luxurious. Water pressure was superb, shower room in the utility area was fantastic for cleaning after a day at the beach. There is everything there needed for your holiday. I would have loved to see a barbecue too as they had such a beautiful eating area outside and I felt that we would have utilized it more had their been a barbecue. The bedding was luxurious, pillows all comfy, clean laundry. We will definitely be returning there.

No barbecue as mentioned above so that would be amazing, the cleaning was not up to my standard, I did let the owners know and they immediately said they would address this. Some areas are a little tired looking but overall this place is still amazing. Keybox location emailed prior to arrival would be great, my sister and niece took quite a while walking around looking for it as it is located near a pipe and not very obvious

This beautiful large spacious clean property was everything and more, it had everything you Could possibly ask for, the all round views from this property's absolutely stunning overlooking the sea perfect location for coastal walks, beaches and local areas

It’s well equipped and big enough to be comfortable even with a large party. You can’t beat the location and the views.

This is a spacious 5 bedroom property with some of the best views I have ever seen. The sunset is right in front of the house. Sea views from most of the rooms. The house is very well stocked with games and multiple TV options. Just a 10 minute downhill walk to the pristine beaches of Woolacombe. You can walk up to burn the calories away or take one of the frequent buses. 5 minute walk to the bakery and pubs. The morte point hike is right in front of the house. Overall, one of the best places I have stayed at. Great response to any queries by the owners.

It is difficult to find faults with this place. If anything, then the wifi is slow but I have been told that there is a petition ongoing for high speed WiFi in that area. Anyway, who needs WiFi in such a perfect place 😊😊
