Great place to stay with family. Cozy and beautiful view. Place was clean and well equipped.

Matrices were too soft for us, but good enough.

The appartment is very big with a lot of equipment. You have a parking space and it is really silent there. I didn't hear neighbours and it feels save. Also the owner is really nice and friendly. We received also a welcome gift and had all in all a good time there.

In advance we managed a time with the owner for give us the key. Because there were a lot of arrivals it was not possible to meet in time. We had to change our plans. Also NOT every appartmant in the house has it's own balcony. We had a appartment without a balcony. Only a terasse was possible which was used by everyone in the house and we didn't had a real table and chairs (and you don't have a good view on the ocean). In the information about the appartment there is the hint that you have a view on the mountain and the ocean. That's not really true. You have a view to the neigbours and if you look around the corner you can see a bit of the ocean. That was dissaponting to us.

No windows in the bettrooms

Willa consist of several apartments, and photos are mixed, so it's quite difficult to understand where you will stay. We lived in two bedroom apartments which is on the way to other apartments. So it was not comfortable to leave windows in the living room open, especially at night. Both bedrooms have no windows, that's why apartment feels dark and has problems with fresh air circulation, leads to high humidity. I would say that bed in the second room can be small for 2 adults, so not sure that apartment are suitable for 4 adults. Terrace and pull are shared between all apartments, so you need to be ready that they can be occupied. Keep on mind that balcony is a part of the biggest (3 bedrooms) apartments.

I would highly recommend this property , I stayed here with my partner for 26 nights and it was amazing, felt like home. Super clean and modern, loved having access to the pool! Definitely recommend a hire car for this area but we got one no problem and the property has a place to park. We are 22 and 26 years old and we loved it! But it’s also great for older couples and families ! Thankyou for our stay! Would definitely come again :)

The apartament was great , clean and big with two bathrooms (in two bedroom apartament ). Beautiful views close to stunning levadas and my best Paul da Serra road. The pool was very convinient and cool. We can easily recommend the płace to all of you. The resting there was pleasure for us. Also thanks to Elisabete who took care of us, thank you.
