- Perfect location for exploring Florence - Leonardo was very friendly and helpful - very comfortable large bed and powerful spacious shower - both our room and common areas spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated - we would definitely recommend and stay here again if we get the opportunity

We loved everything about the hotel. The included breakfast at the cafe next door was enjoyable for 2 mornings and we understand it is typically Italian (a croissant, juice and cappuccino) but we perhaps would have tried to find an alternative breakfast location if staying longer as we generally prefer to have something a bit healthier/ more protein at the start of the day. This would not put us off a return visit though

Excellent building and authentic interior, good location, amiable and helpful owner Leonardo, a really nice cafe, where we had our breakfasts.

Questa struttura è veramente una piccola perla in cui siamo stati benissimo. Sulla posizione c'è poco da dire, più in centro di così non si può, affacciata sulla bellissima cornice di Piazza Santa Croce; ma oltre a questo è splendida anche la struttura in sé, accogliente ed elegante nella sua semplicità. Camera e bagno spaziosi e arredati con classe; letto comodissimo e silenzio perfetto, si dorme da dio. Molto apprezzata anche la saletta tè/caffè in cui poter accedere in qualsiasi momento, o in cui lasciare i bagagli al check out in caso di necessità. Ottima anche la colazione che si fa nel bar di fianco, con un'ampia selezione di brioches e paste fresche. Grazie anche a Leonardo per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità! Se possibile torneremo qui la prossima volta a Firenze :)

Leonardo was super welcoming and had lots of recommendations on arrival. Our room was beautiful, overlooking Santa Croce. Everything was insanely clean, and the bed was really comfortable. We had everything we needed in the room. The breakfast in the cafe next door is very italian, and you get super lovely fresh pastries, fresh orange juice, coffee/tea etc. It is central, walkable to everywhere, and in a beautiful old historic building. We loved our stay, and would definitely stay again. It's definitely great value for money, and a very comfortable place to come home to.

My husband and I went on our honeymoon for 3 weeks to France and Italy. THIS was our FAVORITE stay out of the many many places we saw and stayed. The staff was incredibly friendly, made the process seamless, our room was SO clean, and the view was impeccable. I would stay here over and over again. HIGHLY recommend.

Perfect location - right in the centre of Florence. The room was stunning - lovely old building yet well soundproofed and with a great view of the square. Leonardo was a perfect host - making arrangements by what’s app before the trip and very helpful during our stay.

This family owned business is a must for anyone wanting to experience a fantastic stay in Florence. Leonardo was absolutely excellent, outstanding customer service and the room exceeded all expectations- the pictures don’t do the place justice! Great location and loads of amazing restaurants nearby for breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

Leonardo was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations on what to see and where to eat. The rooms are spacious, well designed and spotless. The bed is comfortable, shower is excellent. Location is awesome as it's an easy walk to everywhere. If you're happy to eat like a local, the simple breakfast is at a popular cafe next door. We had a room with a view over the piazza and even though there was a band playing music on the stairs of Santa Croce, we didn't hear a thing. Highly recommend this place.

what stood out was our host Leonardo . he was so friendly , responsive and accommodating . he printed our train and opera tickets , gave us maps of the area, and made recommendations. I have stayed in 6 accommodations (both hotels and airbnbs ) over the last 3 weeks all over northern Italy and this place was the best. the location was within walking distance to all the famous attractions and best restaurants . the space is absolutely gorgeous. all the rooms are spacious , airy and comfortable with beautiful light and high ceilings that are beautifully painted with trompe l’oeil. the bathrooms are spacious and clean with modern fixtures . all the rooms have a mini fridge stocked with free water bottles and there is a kitchenette area near the reception with free coffee. Leonardo is running a tight ship.

Very stylish room, amazing view from our room window, location great for food, drinks and sights. Leonardo was a great host nothing was too much trouble, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Can't think of a thing I would change and I would highly recommend.
