Close to the beach, nice pools.
The high ceiling made the aircon fairly ineffective. Shared spaces were odd. Pools were quite warm

Good location close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. Comfortable bed and everything was clean. Staff were also helpful when needed.

The pools were lovely and the gardens were exceptionally beautiful. Our room was comfortable yet basic.
The floor in the rooms were really slippery. We had a few near falls during our stay.

Construction works in the adjacent building and renovation work in the hotel were quite distracting and there was building dust and chemical smells everywhere all the time.
Sink was blocked and towels and bedding had stains on them.

Good location, nice pool and green area. Near a lot of restaurants and shops. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea.
Smell in our first room, when we asked to change it - staff help and decided our problem(thank you so much). internet no so fast, kitchen a bit worn out.

location location location. I really like the concept of the hotel - guest rooms in a villa compounds each villa has the lounge and three rooms. Very good to have a kitchen if you order take away and eat it in the kitchen lounge.
Internet needs a new WI fi Provider. If you stay longer like few month highly recommend to buy a Telkomsel 5G modem . It will solve internet issues.
