Been coming to this hotel for the past 10 years I used to love it here but now it has become badly run down and badly maintained. The manager was extremely rude reused to talk to use about our complaints

We had the honeymoon bungalow it was out dated wardrobe doors were falling off the windows were broken and would not open the safe was on the ground and did not work again complained and they refused to do anything about it, the main reception area was dirty and had bird droppings on all walls. They receptionist had a big dog which growled and barked at you in reception.

Worst experience.. this hotel is old, pretty bad equipt and you feel like In a prison inside the room. The AC is bursting so much dust in the room as it is never be cleaned. You will get for sure sick of it. The bass from the Bar you will hear until 23:30h. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The pool was very nice + good price drinks at happy hour. The beds were comfortable and the location was great.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The staff were, as a whole, very nice however the male bar staff at Himmel bar were very pushy and made us uncomfortable in the night time. They held a work conference in the courtyard outside our room. This blocked our entrance and made for a very uncomfortable experience when walking to the pool in our swimsuits. As 3 girls this was not an ideal situation. my friend also received some bad news and was upset on our patio area, the male staff were staring and laughing with each other. very rude. The food isn’t terrible but way too pricy for the quality.

Relaxed pool area, view to the ocean from the balcony, lots of shopping and food opportunities nearby, sand beach is amazing (and more spacious that at other places at that beach), room gets cleaned every day with fill up of water etc., Very friendly staff

The pool bar was really loud. But it's over at 11pm. I personally wasn't too bothered by it but I can totally understand why lots of people would be angry about this. The sort of Electro-Beat-pop music isn't everyone's taste as well. Also there seemed to be only one working electrical outlet in the room. The usual worn down things in those hotels.

Absolutely stunning place. Our balcony was 50m for the waters edge. Great for a morning dip. Extended our stay by a week

located beautiful on the beach. nice beach. big nice pool area, and the the restaurant is on the beach. friendly staff.

the hotel beach bar is playing really loud music until 23 every day we were there. it’s so load in the rooms that if you have small kids they will have trouble sleeping and as adults it was really annoying, especially if you want peace and quiet evenings. this part of koh Chang is quite noisy as you have the beach bars on one side and the main road o the other side. the good thing is the beach bar turn of music exactly 23 pm.
