We loved our stay! The property is perfect in every way. We loved the remote setting and the beautiful views. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the whole place was spotless. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay near Denali!

What a beautiful, well appointed property. I have never staying in a rental house with a kitchen that had everything I could possibly need to make meals. Not only that, but the house was immaculate and so comfortable. Kelly, one of the owners, was quickly responsive to our questions. We even had the opportunity to meet Kelly, and he shared so many awesome stories about the game in the house. This was truly a trip of a lifetime, and we hope to return someday. Thank you Kelly and Cheryl for sharing your home with us!

The property was immaculate, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. We loved everything about it, from the Paddle boat on the lake below to looking at all the stuffed animals the owner had hunted himself. The owner was very personable and answered all our questions about his animals, beautiful cabinets and more. Would return in a heartbeat if we get to come back!

We had a group of 6 adults travelling up to visit Denali National Park. It was a great house with easy access to everything we were doing up in the area. The men loved the lake to do some fly fishing at night plus it made for a beautiful morning view. The kitchen made it very easy to make food for a crowd. We were a little worried about only having 1 bathroom for a large group but it was never an issue! Would highly recommend!

The house was immaculate and well equipped. The location was great,only 20 miles from Denali national park. A great stay.

What a wonderful location and property. You can tell the pride put into the home , not to mention the friendliness of our host. Awesome views from everywhere. The deck is wonderful.

I couldn't sleep for two reasons. First, this house doesn't have two bedrooms, has only one. The one with two beds is not a bedroom, is an open loft above kitchen/dining with no door, you can hear everything that happens in the living/kitchen. Second, the loft has many windows most have no shades, the ones that do have, have white thin type, being up north, you have daylight in summer around the clock. If you are native maybe you don't care, but this is a rental that charges a lot. The only source of real heat allowed to use is in the basement for the basement, not really for the main house. The owner messages, calls and leave voices messages on average a couple times per day (exhausting). For a small house like this a 5 pm check in for a tired traveler is a bit of a stretch. The Denali Mountains looked more like pushed up dirt than beautiful. All in all we are glad our car had issues and left earlier after our third nigh (when we booked 4). Two nights at the most would have been enough for the area

The property had everything we needed and more. The views are incredible and the windows bring the beauty indoors. Our last night we heard the wolves calling to each other. It was amazing. Our only regret was a lack of time to enjoy the paddle boat, but we walked down to the water to watch the trout eat insects floating on the lake.

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful and serene! Comfortable bedding, wonderfully stocked kitchen. The hot tub was excellent and the views from the deck were stunning! Excellent hosts and great communication!

This property and location can not be beat. The home is immaculate! Relaxing in the hot tub , looking at the mountains is so peaceful. Definitely would stay again!

Everything it was listed to be, and more! The house is very well equipped. We were able to cook full meals in the house to perfection. The location is the best! We plan to come back just because of this home! Denali Park is not to bad too.

This house is beautiful. Open layout and large with big windows to see the gorgeous views. The beds are very comfy and they had all the necessities you need plus some. Kelly was very nice to check to make sure we got in ok since we had a little difficulty finding it. It’s about 30 min to the entrance to the park and then more restaurant options are north from there, so would recommend planning accordingly and consider cooking at the house, but they have everything you need. I wish we could stay here longer!

This property is flawless, a real gem and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was cloudy and rainy for much of our week there, but the bright and spacious great room and kitchen, overlooking the mountains and lake, became the centerpiece of our indoor activities. The host pays close attention to detail in every regard and the kitchen was well equipped and the place was spotless. The beds were all comfortable and we couldn't ask for better accommodations. The Denali region offers an abundance of places to visit and outdoor activities and we would recommend this retreat for anyone looking to get away and experience the solitude and grandeur of Alaska. Red-throated loons on the lake were a plus!

Awesome hosts and beautiful property! It was close to Denali National park and so many blueberries on the property with plenty of wildlife around. We would definitely recommend this place!

This was my families first trip to Alaska and this home was perfect for the six of us. The home was located about 30 minutes from Denali NP. It overlooks a beautiful lake with tall spruce everywhere. The living room and kitchen area is huge, plenty of room to move around and seating for everyone. The beds are so comfortable and all queen size. We even spent some relaxing time in the hot tub, admiring the scenic views from the front deck. There is plenty of hiking nearby to Jack River too. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Thank you for allowing us to use your home for a few days.
