We enjoyed our Thanksgiving week. Communication was excellent and the home is exactly as advertised. I would recommend you read all the reviews (both positive and negative) regardless of how old they are, as some things still hold true for needed overall home improvements.
On the inside, the stand alone ice maker was very convenient, as well as the two (2) kitchens for the Thanksgiving meal....and you will need to bring body wash/soap, etc.
On the outside, we all enjoyed the view along w/the use of the paddle boat, kayak, and firepit w/the supplied firewood!
...and when visiting Guntersville, venture out and visit the Cathedral Caverns (only 30 mins away)...for any NP friends, it was way cooler than Mammoth Cave NP!

We had a relaxing week at the lake. The house accommodated 13 of us. We were able to give the families with the little children 2 rooms, which made it more comfortable. We fished, kayaked, rode in the paddleboat, had a firepit every evening, and watched football. It really was a great family home and we hope to return.

Everything about this place was wonderful. Plenty of room to spread out and/or gather.
The host seemed to think of anything we might want for fun. Loved the kayaks and paddle boat!

Our family reunion was a wonderful success. We have been doing this for 10 years and this house was the best. It was so comfortable for 13 people including an almost 3 year old. We enjoyed the paddle boat and the water and the weather was marvelous. We cooked and ate every meal in the kitchen, played games and just enjoyed each other. The stores were so convenient, this is a marvelous location. Thank you Becky for your quick communication and the cleaning crew were marvelous.

This house is in a beautiful location. Very convenient to everything, but when you’re at the house it seems like you are in the country. Only 10 minutes from a great little city, Guntersville. House is right on the lake and has a boat slip with plenty of room for everyone to lay out, or sit under a canopy. Upper and lower back decks on the house. It was a great place to have my devotion every morning, just outside my bedroom on the upper deck.

Our annual sisters trip was a success! We had never been to Guntersville Lake so we enjoyed the area by car, water and on foot. Our host provided us with an extensive list of activities and was very responsive to our questions. The dishwasher had issues and would not run a full cycle. Becky had the repairman out and the dishwasher replaced within 24 hours. Great trip!

Plenty of room for a large family vacation. Three separate sleeping/living areas provided privacy for playing and sleeping. Loved the paddle boat, kayaks and the spacious outdoor porches and dock. Conveniently located close to City Harbor, State Park, golf, and waterfall hiking experiences. We grilled our almost every day. What a great week!

This home checked all of the boxes for our family. It is in a cove so no boat traffic. There were kayaks, paddle boats, and a paddle board provided that provided many hours of entertainment! The kitchen is well equipped and there were tons of sleeping options. We were all very comfortable. My husband wanted to bring the bed and pillows home! We did take pictures of the labels so that we could shop for these items. The outside areas were enjoyed by all with a firepit next to the water, a pier to lounge on and 3 picnic tables. The deck was so nice to sit out on and grill burgers. The view is FABULOUS! Ther is so much to do nearby! We fished alot, of course! We visited Cathedral Caverns which is a short drive away. We hiked in Guntersville State Park and Buck's Pocket. We also visited Little River Falls and Desoto Falls...Simply Breathtaking and only a little over an hour away. The kids had a great time hiking around the falls. The house met all of our needs and provided a place for our family to enjoy time together. I would DEFINITELY recommend and will DEFINITELY be a return customer!

We came to your beautiful area for the grand opening of our family's restaurant (Papa Dubi's). The trip included my 90 yr. Old mother, the restaurant was named after her father, my grandfather. My 4 sisters, my daughter and my grandson were included in the trip. The house was just beautiful. Unfortunately my mother and I were limited to a single floor, it we knew we had the best spot. Plans are already in the works to bring the guys next time with our boats. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!
