Next door to a great seafood restaurant

The AC was only in 1 room and didn't cool the place down like I would have wanted. The bathroom was very small with no vent.

Shack was cute and comfortable. Perfect for a couple. Loved deck with awesome trees to look at and shade us. Spent lots of time out there. Location was most convenient. Perfect spot. Loved flooring. So beach looking.

. Yard was in need of manicurist, grass needs cut. Lots of grooming needed.. pavers to front door would be nice. Steps from living room to dining room....idea cover them for more safety. Carpet or half ramp. Easier tv to operate and instructions to operate tv. Maybe bigger or same size tv in bedroom. Steps main change for safety purposes. Bathroom, too small. Could bump out storage/wash room or small closet to create more space. Sink impossible to put toothbrush paste comb on without falling into sink.
