Sun beds New cusson mattress on sun beds replacement half way the holiday was of not so good. Old mattress were thicker and more comfortable New ones are thin and hard

We had a top floor rom with great sea view and everything else about the room was excellent including the decor which also applied throughout the whole hotel

Located at the quiet end of Pattaya beach. Rooms are lovey and the pool area and bistro fantastic. Breakfast inclusive and a very good choice buffet - Asian, western, egg station, etc.

Some noise from chairs scraping on the tiles floors but nothing major.

ROOMS AND POOL WERE QUITE GOOD . VEGETARIAN BREAKFAST NEEDS ADDITION OF INDIAN FOODS IN THE BREAKFAST MENU TO ATTRACT LARGER TOURIST FROM INDIA TO THIS PROPERTY. THE HOTEL MAY PROVIDE BREAKFAST OPTIONS LIKE IDLI/MASALA DOSHA/ RAWA DOSHA/ UTHAPAM/CHOLEY BHATURE/ALU PARATHA/PLAIN PARATHA WITH ALOO CURRY/DAHI/ SIMILARLY DINNER MENU MAY INCLUDE INDIAN FOOD ITEMS THE HOTEL SHOULD HAVE A 24 HOUR OPEN RESTAURANTS SPECIFICALLY FOR TOURISTS REACHING THE HOTEL FROM VARIOUS PARTS OF THE WORLD AFTER 10 PM.. WE FOUND DURING OUR STAY THAT LOT OF INDIAN TOURISTS STAYING IN THE HOTEL WERE GOING OUT TO FIND INDIAN RESTAURANTS NEARBY FOR THEIR DINNER AS INDIAN DINNER DELICACIES WERE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE HOTEL.

THE HOTEL STAFF DID NOT PROVIDE A TOURIST MAP OF WORTHSEEING PLACES AT PATTAYA TO VISITORS WHO STAYED IN THE HOTEL FOR THREE FOUR NIGHTS. THE HOTEL STAFF NEED IMPROVEMENT IN COMMUNICATING IN SIMPLE ENGLISH LANGUAGE WITH THEIR INMATES THEY MAY EVEN TRY TO PICK UP SIMPLE HINDI LANGUAGE TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE WITH THE HOTEL GUESTS FROM INDIA THE HOTEL STAFF MAY KEEP A PANEL OF OUTSIDE DRIVERS WHO KNOW PROPER ENGLISH AND HINDI WHILE TAKING THE INDIAN TOURISTS TO SIGHTSEEING. THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT SHOULD NOT ASK FOR ANY SECURITY DEPOSITS FROM GUESTS WHEN CONFIRMED BOOKINGS HAVE BEEN MADE THROUGH REPUTED ONLINE HOTEL RESERVATION PORTALS LIKE BOOKINGS.COMOR MAKE MY TRIP.COM ETC

The room overall was good, it was clean and facilities were good, everything was working. The staff was friendly and helped us with our needs. The breakfast had good options. The pool was big and clean, and was near the beach and the restaurant was by the pool too. The restaurant had good food. The hotel had a shuttle bus near the Terminal 21 mall and it was every 30 minutes.

Everything was good, it was just a long walk and route till you get the pool/restaurant as there was two parts of the hotel.

This isn’t hotel for couples or families.

I was very disappointed with my reservation and changed my hotel 2 days early without refund. First of all, the breakfast was not good at all, most of them were soup, fish, etc. From building 1 to dining hall came bad smell. Room was very noisy, hallway noise came to the room easily, especially when employees talk to each other with walkie - talkie.

Overall are good - room is clean - good service - Several breakfast choice

Recently done a 1 night stay here, which was really impressive. I actually was so impressed with the quality of room, it was really luxurious feeling and offered amazing sea-views. Great pool facility, nearby the beachfront. Amazing fitness centre (best I've seen in a hotel gym in Pattaya). The room was the best part with the balcony, so great.

I asked for late check out, even to 12.30 which was rejected. I'm sure something could have been arranged. Breakfast was OK, but could be improved.

The location is alright. Bed is very comfortable.

The rooms seem dingy due to the low heights, and the staff wasn't the most welcoming. The beach is practically useless as there are too many rocks to swim. The whole area has a peculiar smell. The coupon system for breakfast seems redundant. Room service closes at 8 30 pm.
