The breakfast has large selection . The location is good.

Although I asked for clean bed & pillows , they ignored my requests . First night was horrible for me . I couldn’t sleep because the bed was itchy & the pillow was smelly . The next day , I complained & found out that the pillow was stained & the blanket was so dusty . The houseking confirmed that the bed wasn’t changed & the blanket made of goose feather was neither been washed nor vacuumed .It was finally been removed from the room & was completely exchanged .

The hotel felt secure, given the issue in the province. Breakfast had an Asian and European cuisine side.. which was nice. The seasonal decor was tasteful. Staff very attentative.

Room a bit small with no ironing facility. Bacon and sausages weren't quite right.

We liked almost everything. The breakfast was good, delicious food in the Thai restaurant, the room was good, the staff was friendly, the pool area was very nice, and the massage was perfect (special thanks to Sheila!)

No balcony. From the photo it looks like there is a balcony, but actually it was just a decoration in this room. I asked for alternative room, but it was not available. The shower drain was very slow, so we had to take a very quick shower. I reported this problem to the front desk, but no impact. No hand towels in the room. The price level was a bit high compared to the Philippines standard. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

My stay was great with nice food and drinks staff accommodating ,spacious room ,accessible for everything.
