Hospitality and Care from hotel staff , specially from Kylie was outstanding . Location of hotel is great , breakfast was good and room was quite clean . I really liked proactiveness by staff -Kylie .

The staff were super helpful. The view to the lake was magnificent. So close to everything.

Hotel is at fantastic location if one wants to stay in old quarters in Hanoi. Hotel has excellent breakfast and good view of the lake. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help and advise. Ruby at reception was always helpful and ready with smile.

We wish rooms were little bigger for stay of few days.

Hotel położony w maleńkiej uliczce w świetnej lokalizacji na Old Quarter, blisko ulic handlowych, jeziora i teatru wodnych lalek. Obsługa najwyższej jakości że szczególnym uwzględnieniem ms Kylie Tran która dbała abyśmy mieli wszystko czego potrzebujemy. Tak pomocnej obsługi nie spotkałem chyba w żadnym hotelu. Czujecie się tutaj na prawdę zaopiejowani.

Das Frühstück war ein bisschen Basic. Das könnte man vielleicht durch ein paar vietnamesische Speisen ergänzen. Müsli wäre auch nett gewesen.

Excellent Hotel choice in crazy busy Hanoi. Our room was cozy, comfortable and quiet with excellent bed, blackouts cutrains, good AC and lovely bathroom with great hot water. Location is perfect on side street but walk to everything. Kylie & Ruby were very helpful both before and during our visit with excellent communication and tips. The sky bar overlooking the lake was nice to come back to back to in the evenings. Breakfasts were also very good with plenty of options and helpful staff. We will stay here again for sure on our next visit to Hanoi.

Great service and care, lovely hosts, thank you Kylie, Lea. Also the front desk staff were amazing. Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Always asking you if you need anything. The offer of afternoon tea which was just a nice extra bonus. Location is in the middle of the historic old quarter - noisy, busy but really interesting! Only a couple of minutes walk from the lake.

We felt very welcomed the moment we entered the hotel. The staff were super lovely, the sweetest ever in our traveling experience. The hotel should be proud to have the team working there. We enjoyed the welcome drink and the local sweets. In the room, we got some free water, little local munchies, wow, so delicious and we received some too when leaving. Amazing ! The location was perfect in the old town, many good restaurants, cafes, shops, street food everywhere. The room was clean, quiet and had good WIFI. Breakfast was super amazing, the freshly cut fruits, yogurts, lots of savoury food and the coffee !! The roof top bar was perfect for a drink. We really enjoyed our stay, BIG THANKS to the staff members we met : Sweet LISA helped us to look for a tour to Halong Bay. and Bun Cha restaurant recommendations Lovely MIA helped us with many things (calling taxi, how to get about the old town etc) and recommended to see special tea plantations next time when we come back. DAVID, the soft spoken man who shared the YINYANG philosophy and Bun Cha, is related to YIN YANG concepts. AMAZING.   Pearl man LEO who shared his pearl knowledge. Bravo The beautiful smiling RUBY reassured that Hanoi is indeed a fantastic place to come back to again. BIG BIG THANK YOU to all the lovely staff, not forgetting the lovely men at the door entrance and the roof top staff. We will be back !

Loved breakfast, super friendly staff and excellent location right in the middle of Old Quarter. Ruby is a very accommodating host.

The front desk staff were amazing. Always asking you if you need anything. They showed us all the details in the room and rules. Breakfast staff was aloof. Never interacted with us.

Staff was so great and it was in a great location. We were easily able to walk all around the Old Quarter Hanoi. There are tons of food options near the hotel and places to go out. Also there are many touristy sites in walking distance. The rooftop bar was really great as well and had great views! The spa was probably the best massage I’ve ever gotten - highly recommend.

The room was much smaller than we were expecting from the pictures but it was very comfortable and cozy and gave us a good place to relax after long days of traveling and exploring.

We have a free upgrade to an executive room and It is spacious and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is in the Old Quater and close to the restaurant, market and other facilties. We enjoy very good view of the Old Quarter and Lake of Ho Hoan Kiem while having our breakfast.

We stayed in a double room. The location is close to the city centre and the breakfast is nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We cannot use the bath tub because the tap is too short to reach the tub. The water floods the bathroom. Also the shower head is flooding the bathroom when putting on the stand. We have to hold it in the bath tub by one hand and wash ourselves with another one.

Excellent location, in the middle of old quarter. 2 mins from the Hoan kiem lake. Staff v friendly and helpful.

The room could be a little bigger. One side of the bed was blocked and without a side table.

とにかくスタッフの方がフレンドリーでよかったです。空港までの送迎の予約や時間帯変更も早く丁寧に行なってくれました。ホテルで困っていることはないかなども適宜聞いてくれ、精一杯対応をしてくれました。最後の日にホテルに荷物を預けて観光に行く時にお水がいるか聞いてくれたのも心遣いを感じられて嬉しかったです。朝ごはんもとても美味しかったです。フォーや卵料理はオーダーで作ってくれます。

施設は全体的に古く、窓からの景観もあまりよくはありません。バスタオルやタオルなどが少し古く、擦り切れているものもありました。

Great location and lovely staff! It was perfect for our two nights in Hanoi where strolled the busy streets and bar hopped the roof top bars. Beautiful lobby area and comfortable beds. The rooms are rather small but I think this pretty standard in Hanoi unless you go for a top luxury 5 star hotel. Would also note that the location is excellent and right in the heart of old quarter which was perfect for us - the flip side of this is that it can be a bit noisy and I’d recommend bringing some ear plugs - but this is not negative for the hotel, just a fact of the area.

The area is a little noisy but I think it would be the same for all hotels in the old quarter.

ホアンキエン湖に近く最高のロケーション 朝食も毎日メニューが少しずつ変わり飽きなかったし、フォーも最高 スタッフはほぼ全員英語が話せて、特にKylie さんには、おすすめ観光スポットや両替店、レストランなど教えていただき、どれも最高なお店ばかりだった またドアマンの方には両替店がわからなかったので、３、４ブロック先のお店まで歩いて案内してもらい親切にしていただいた（彼の名前が分からず残念）

他のハノイのホテルに宿泊していないので比較できないが、設備は古いと思う でもスタッフの方々が一生懸命掃除したりして今の状態をキープしていて、その点では大丈夫だった バスタブと仕切りの戸の間に、構造上どうしても水が溜まり、タオルで吸い取るとベタベタになる程なので、改善した方がいいと思う

Central location, amazing staff and very clean.

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff. Ms. Kylie, Ruby, Mia and the whole team were so friendly and helpful. The location is within minutes walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake, of which there is also a great view from the rooftop bar. The Old Quarter is all walkable from the hotel, located on a street where walking tours come for the excellent street food, cafes and fresh market. The kindly Mr. Cuong provides afternoon tea every day in the breakfast room as well. Great breakfast and the rooms are really comfortable and quiet.

The shower leaked everywhere, no matter what we did to prevent it. We had to sit down and use the nozzle hand held.
