Kamers zelf zijn wat verouderd en de gangen boven, het avond eten is mega duur voor Thaise begrippen. We moesten 90,- afrekenen voor 3 personen. Incl 1 drankje. het was echt het vieste van heel Thailand wat we ooit gegeten hadden. dus doe dat vooral niet, Zonde geld. (Thaise restaurant in hotel)

Obviously the closeness to the airport is great, although signs were not clear on how to get there by walking. We didn't use the shuttle. The bed was comfortable.

Old, musty smell in the common areas. In our room it was present too. For those more sensitive, it could be a dealbreaker. The place has areas that had not flowing air, and as a result created this old smell. The place needs a full renovation and upgrade. Wont be staying here again despite the convenience. Would rather stay somewhere that has a free airport shuttle next time.

The Shuttle bus greet at the airport after dropping off our hire car was very smooth and welcoming. The shuttle manager was very welcoming and we enjoyed the conversation until our shuttle bus arrived. The luggage staff made sure our bags were delivered to the room promptly. Check-in was smooth and informative. Room service was very welcoming for in-room food service, the lady was very happy and big smile. As we had an early flight the early breakfast start time was welcomed. All in all, this was a great experience thank you. We will be including you on our next trips. The only small blemish was the food stains in the carpet ( 2454) but in a busy hotel this is difficult to ensure perfection.

I liked the very attractive spacious lobby and the big choice of restaurants in the hotel. The pool looked beautiful although I didn’t manage have a swim. The shuttle service to and from the airport well run and extremely convenient.

1. staff was rude especially housekeepers, she knocked the door and shouted at us “CHECK OUT CHECK OUT” but it was not check out time. 2. staff doesn’t communicate to each other, I called front desk for helping carry the suitcases because lobby is very far but no one help us. helper did not know that we need help because the front desk staff did not tell them anything. additionally, some of staff don’t know the check out time. They are also confused. 3. Food are super expensive. I only ordered friend rice and pizza and almost 1,000 baht. 4. hotel is old.

An excellent location just a short walk from the Airport. We stayed overnight before our early morning flight so it was hassle free to get there. It was hot so we hanged around the lovely pool area and had drinks at the swim up bar.
