The stay was very comfortable, and the Property management really paid attention to customer needs, with prompt response by House keeping and room deliveries. The upkeep of the property was excellent. Special thanks to the Restaurant - all our personal food requirements were met by the kitchen staff. The buffet breakfast was well spread with a variety and food was tasty. All the staff members displayed high standards of courtesy and urgency.

The breakfast was predominantly Indian - it would be great if they could cater for some continental/oriental cuisine too, once in a while.

The reception desk people were prompt. Dining was exceptional. They have very good medical supplies and a travel desk.

No lift, no facilities, had to call or visit reception multiple times for one thing, food in another building, highly inconvenient

Nice cosy hotel, good and courteous staff, clean and spacious rooms, good food, play area for kids, not far from Mall road. Would recommend booking higher floor rooms for better view. Beds have heating which was fantastic.

Not a big issue, but should try to provide water bottles and towels in room, specially for people checking in late, though, on asking hotel tried to provide promptly. One morning, we could not get hot water, but that day the hotel was fully booked, so I give benefit of doubt to the hotel. The staff tried to make alternate arrangements. It seems it was one off issue, as the 2nd day we did not have the same problem.

I liked the staff. Mr Sachin Sir was very helpful and hospitable.

It was very bad experience with this hotel as well booking.com,as booked luxury room with mountain view but it was not same, v poor resturant as only two menu for breakfast, very poor resturant service use to eat cold snaks,rest very very poor experience avoid visiting this hotel as well booking.com as mentioned wrong information about hotel rooms.pure 🤥 fraud.
