Nothing to like here in this property

The stay was horrible. I booked 3 Deluxe Executive Room and I got 2 normal room and it was horrible. I never visit this property again or recommend to anybody.

Location and the way towards the hotel

well maintained property

while booking, it was shown as breakfast included, howeover while check in they got signature room without break fast, when we asked about free break fast, they said, they have received email from booking.com like that, so they can’t make any changes. After much argument, they agreed for free break fast.

Decent property for a short stay with basic amenities.

1) location is just under the bridge dead end with railway line. Google maps doesn't provide proper route. 2) car parking is a big problem as it's limited and possibly may not get a slot if you return back hotel late in the day. 3) TV remote didn't work and left unattended even after complaint during checkin and followups. 4) TV subscription lasted only 2 days of 3 days stay. 5) Room wasn't cleaned on day 2 even after we handed over the key at reception in morning. Had to wait outside the room for cleaning after our return.
