Friendly and good service. Location is good as you are within walking distance to Old Market, Siem Reap Art market and Pub street etc. Away from the noise but within reach to most attractions. We booked 2 Family suites for 7 people which were huge connecting rooms and have 2 toilets and 3 beds in each of the suite..Hot water shower with good pressure. There is a lift going up the levels. There is also a bakery shop beside which opens 5am and you could buy little bread and biscuits snacks from 5am. Very clean and they give you mineral waters daily which is awesome!

The set breakfast is decent at US$5.

It was close to pub street.. if that's what you like. Bathroom was quite good.

Power outages, wifi was poor, only 1 key per room, door is locked, so you have to wake someone up to get in. I don't understand how this place has good reviews. Our tuktuk driver even said that 'it isn't the best place'.

One way airport pickup or drop provided, not both, that too subject to our agreeing to use their tuk-tuk for local sightseeing.

Very friendly hosts, superb value for money less than 3min away from Pub Street, where the main food options are located. Even better, a bread-maker is literally next door, open from 5am, making it easy to buy breakfast before visiting the temples. In short, an unbeatable location in Siem Reap. Breakfast can be served after 7am, if you don’t start too early. The couple managing the hotel is extremely friendly and welcoming, going the extra mile to make it a memorable stay. They gave us great recommendations for visits, including the less-visited spots (since I had already come to Siem Reap a few times previously). The drivers of our 2 Tuk-Tuks were also very friendly and we used them for the 5 days of visits that we spent there… always a smile, always a suggestion, 5* really. Last but not least, the hotel itself has very large rooms, very comfortable beds (firm, but neither too hard nor too soft), clean bathrooms with basic amenities and hair-drier, a safe that is sealed (unlike many smaller hotels in South-East Asia), a pool that must be quite enjoyable in warmer times (we were there during rainy season but managed to take a few dips after long days visiting the Angkor temples)… photos of all these give an accurate picture of the property. Small bottles of water were provided daily after room cleaning (which was always done perfectly), another “plus” point for the property (we went to many mid-range hotels that only give water on the first day) All in all, we can only give the maximum rating for our stay, be it for the friendliness, cleanliness, location, pool, value for money, tuk-tuk drivers for visits… and hope many other travellers consider it as their first choice when looking for accommodation in Siem Reap. We will certainly have it as our 1st choice when coming back, and will not hesitate to recommend it to our friends who want a budget-friendly yet comfortable place. We believe only the most picky travellers will have something to complain about….

The rain that did not allow us to enjoy the pool as much as we had hoped we would… but that’s not something within the managers’ control, and it was to be expected during rainy season!!

Excellent location close to Pub street.

Really accommodating staff, always ready to help with whatever it is that we needed. The hotel location is also great -- you can easily access a whole range of restaurants and cafés. The room was clean and spacious, also offering easy access to the pool.

Wi-fi was patchy sometimes and the TV did not function.

Had a very nice and welcoming staff, good size room, clean and the location very close to everything but far enough from the noise from Pub St.

During my stay, because of having not many guests, they would close the gate at 10:00 PM and you had to call to be let in.

Overall good hotel right beside the pub street. Big rooms with super huge bed. the staff very helpful any time of the day.

Somehow there was no hot water. Also they close the hotel after 8-9pm so need to call them to open the doors

The manager was extremely helpful with planning our transpiration around Cambodia. Great location. Very clean rooms and super yummy breakfast.
