Our room boasted elegant decor, plush linens, and a beautiful view of the gardens, providing a perfect sanctuary of comfort. Dining was a pleasure, with a breakfast buffet rich in variety and flavor, and the restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful in suggesting delightful local dishes.

The AC wasn't working properly and I requested someone to fix it over 3 times!! At the one they moved us to another room that had the same issue! I went through this hassle from 2 am untill 10am next day!! This was the night after my wedding that supposed to be relaxing after a hectic day, it was the exact opposite!! A nightmare! The lobby between the rooms was 10x more colder tgan the room and the manager's reply was "it is a different ac system than the ones in the room" yeah so?? Shall i sleep in the lobby?!! It was literally a disaster Also the mini-fridge/bar has a MELTED chocolates from how hot it was and the housekeeping told me "this fridge isn't supposed to make things cold it is supposed to keep their original temperature " LOL sorry what? I told him did you put the chocolate like that in it? said sorry I'll try to fix the issue and then he vanished again for 4 hours!! Complete disappointment!! Never have I ever seen such a weird behavior from staff in any hotel!! Not did I suffer from BASIC requirements such as the AC!! And the mini bar!! At check-in I requested a late checkout to be 6pm because i checked in at 2 am because my wedding ceremony and bla bla.. i left by 12PM!

Everything was so nice , stayed at the lake view and enjoyed it so much .. will definitely come back again and again Also I would like to send a special appreciation to Mr. Mohammed Ameen who was very supportive and showed the highest quality of service
