The location, cost and the view. I even had a chance to see monkeys, crabs and rare birds. it was a wonderful mix or work and leisure for me.

I had paid for a bed and breakfast...am grateful for that, in fact, the next time I will plan for full meals. The breakfast was good, well made, clean and well-organized dining area.

Well, since it was a first visit, it exceeded my expectations and i liked it.

Breakfast had wide selection. 3 evening meals good quality. Helpful staff. Paula at reception was a credit to the company. So helpful.

Location was a little awkward. Need a cab to get anywhere. But view across harbour good

The pool area was very nice.

The balcony door could not be locked, and the cleaner had left the door open while we were out so there were mosquitos inside when we got back. also the cleaner had taken our towels for some readon from the room while we were out, even tough we had just checked in and there was no need foor cleaning in the room. We also had to ask twice for new towels andit took long time to get them. The price was quite high for this hotel for it has seen its best days long time ago.

Good location

Glass shower screen filthy. Bed not properly made. After pulling back top sheet, bottom sheet not made at all. Kitchenette sparsely equipped. Poorly trained dining room staff.

Food was so good Staff solved all problems

Great food options for breakfast and dinner. The pool was clean and heated. Great service at the front desk, room service and restaurant. Perfect hotel for families.

After reading a lot of bad reviews when I had already booked, I was a bit worried that the stay (one night) might be terrible, but it was actually quite the opposite and we had a really nice time. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The view (book a creekside view room) was amazing, the rooms were huge and (with AC off) surprisingly quiet (I guess there are other rooms in a second building which are really affected by road noise). Although the interior was a bit old and used it was quite clean and perfectly fine for us. As long as you don't expect a modern 4/5 Star hotel to european/american standard it is a really nice place for a night or two for exploring mombasa town. We would stay there again as the options in mombasa town seem to be limited.

The AC was quite old and therefore quite loud, although it didn't make any crazy/unusual noise. The breakfast was nothing special but also not bad. Bathroom a bit worn down but clean.

I just stayed for one night but had a great stay. Very nice room, beautiful view, wonderful breakfast. Would stay again.

I would’ve liked water to include in the breakfast. There were some holes in the mosquito net, however no mosquitos in the room.

The garden area near the pool. The fact that it is close to the airport. The buffet dinner that you pay an additional fee for but it also includes drinks. One of the most diverse buffet i had while in Mombasa for a hotel of this size.

The kitchen area could do with a little renovation.

Just about everything, the restaurant does excellent food and the pool side bar staff are friendly and helpful

The music at the pool side bar was too loud for us oldies but the music was good
