nice pool, good beds, nice balkony, beautiful patio and design of hotel

simple breakfast, rooms( little light, no hot water) rooms could get a renovation, especially the bath rooms

Great staff, very comfortable bed too. Lovely to have desk and a balcony overlooking the pool. Super helpful and friendly staff made it. Also sorted me out with a good taxi ride to get me to my next destination. Thank you!

The property was beautiful, well maintained and very clean. The staff went above and beyond! They were always friendly and happy to help but specifically, I needed to go to the hospital and they got me a driver and sent a hotel staff with me to help make sure everything went smooth. I would happily stay here anytime I come back to Bali
