nothing. our reservation was not honoured.

nothing. we arrived with the airport pick up and we’re informed at the property that they had no space and would take us to another hotel. they informed us that the rate would be the same and they had arranged all. we got to the new hotel and nothing was arranged at all. we had to make a new reservation and Onomo management never bothered to check in on us or apologise for the mistake. it was a terrible experience with an international brand and almost ruined our entire Kigali trip. shameful!

The friendly staff, variety of meals starting from breakfast, the scenery and the beautiful bar area.

The hotel need to consider provision of a small fridge in the rooms.

Love the location and view, and the modern Africa vibe. Breakfast is great.

The rooms can be small if you have two people. Only one bed in the suites.

The breakfast was fantastic, full English breakfast!

The reception is so small and too close to the restaurant

The staff is very nice, rooms are great large and comfortable beds, great place and amazing breakfast buffet

The location of the gym would be better on a floor and not downstairs and some facilities could be renewed :)

This should be a great hotel: the view and facilities are great for the price.

The in house taxi service just doesn’t work. No one was there for the booked airport transfer. When my partner booked a taxi to go to the airport, it did not turn up and she missed her flight losing $500. Also the laundry service shrunk my clothes: very disappointing.
