really good location close to mono rail to reach other locations and train station direct to and fro Haneda airport, Hotel - room was spacious, staff was brilliant and very helpful, very clean hotel, good amenities, books are provided for hotel guests to read in a relaxed reading lounge.

we stayed on a floor with certain asian family who were very loud during late nights - talking loudly from one room to another room down the hallway. should have complained but we didn't want to kick up a fuss.

Good location, spacious and comfortable room with all the amenities and nice interior design.

The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The hotel's central theme, books, is charming, and it will be worth your while to hunt around their displays and bookcases - some really interesting pieces. We were there just before Christmas and loved their Christmas tree made out of stacks of books. The hotel is situated in the shadow of the Tokyo Tower, so it's really central and within minutes' walk of various subway stations, and of the monorail station from Haneda Airport. It's also very close to several restaurants, convenience stores and coffee shops. There are many staff members, all of whom were friendly and eager to assist. We returned to the hotel just before the end of the trip and they were happy to store a small suitcase until our return. I also had a package delivered there in between our two stays, which they received and kept safe for me until we returned.

Room cleaning is relegated to every two or three days. The wine in the foyer was surprisingly good, but at Yen 1000 for a very small glass, it was a bit expensive. Although it was turning cold outside, the temperature control in the lounge was set really high, and made it uncomfortable to spend time there. Something to get used to in many hotels, is the lack of packing space, so we mostly lived straight out of our suitcases. But this seems standard for most of the hotels we visited.

Excellent services from all the hotel staff. They were always serving with a smile and patient to respond to questions about transportation, restaurant recommendation. The location is also excellent - with 2 metros within 5 mins walk from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants, convenient stores nearby. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff and as this was our first stop in Japan they really set us up for success with advice.

Not related to the hotel’s service but we did spend a lot of time figuring out transport as newbies! This is on a different train line (Oeda) than Tokyo Metro -make sure you understand train lines and ticketing. We spent a lot of time in the subway station figuring out tickets as can’t buy IC cards (suica passport) for tourists at closest Daimon station and suica on apple wallet needs a separate phone per travelling person.

I liked the location of this facility. I loved the library and relaxation areas.

Although there were 2 "bathrooms" for a room with 4 beds, there was 1 toilet and 1 shower (different bathrooms). The room was very cramped, looked much bigger in the pictures. How was the breakfast we paid extra for, not sure. We arrived a minute late as the only elevator that appeared to be in service went on a journey hitting every floor including one above us (despite us pressing the down button and it showing the elevator going down). We were shunned away (no apology or any kind of offering of like a piece of fruit/cereal box). The restaurant was full of people that were actively eating. The extra step to make sure your visit is positive just seemed to be lacking despite the cost.

If you’re gonna stay here for a week and you’re a bookworm. Definitely this Hotel is the best choice to stay. And the king size bed was amazing. Also, It’s the best hotel to get laid because of how comfy the room was. 😉

I loved that each of me and my siblings had our own beds, outlets, and light controls. The air conditioning was immaculate. Staff was all so respectful, helpful and kind., would stay here again when to I return Tokyo. I also loved the toiletries in the bathroom like the face cleansing products.

I had no real complaints about the hotel. The only thing was how far of a walk it was from the hamamatsucho station, but that is not something the hotel can control! And it was difficult only at the end walking with our luggages.

love how it's conveniently located around a-few train stations. not too near, but walking distance to all. half an hour journey to haneda airport. 5 mins walk to zozoji temple and another 5 mins to tokyo tower.

coin laundry was unavailable due to upgrading in progress. no early check ins, strictly after 2pm.

Great staff, loved the books and library spaces, clean room, easy subway stops nearby, good value.

The beds were very comfortable and the toiletries in the bathroom were great.

The 3 person room was a lot smaller than the photos made it look.

The staff and their services were amazing. The Deluxe room is very comfortable for a family of 4. Location is very close to 7 Elevens, Family mart, local restaurants and train stations. Hamamatsucho station is a 7 mins walk from the hotel.

The hotel cleans the room once every 2 days.
