Great Shuttle service and the rooms are small and basic but exactly what you need for a connection or meeting point. Staff are friendly and the Breakfast was good quality included.

Assumed my accommodation booking was on bed and breakfast basis, only to be told on check in that it was accommodation only. had booked a double room but provisions such as water and toiletry were for one individual. even though it is an airport hotel, the provisions should be decent enough for such brands.

The team were exceptional. The bed, the pillows and duvet was exceptional. I had a great sleep. I also forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste, a housekeeper, went out of her way to personally get me a set from them. I attended a symposium onsite. The convenience was great. The on-time shuttle service to the airport was great. Kudos to the team

I am not a fan of the in-room shower. But that's me personally. It is clean, neat and tidy, just not for me as I get cold very easily.

This is our second time staying at this location. We stayed here 5 years ago on our first trip to South Africa. It's close to the airport with free shuttle ride to and from the hotel. They also have an on site restaurant that's open late. We stayed here on our way to another location in South Africa to catch up on our sleep.

Due to a 15h delay by our BA flight from London our connecting flight to Windhoek was gone and we had to stay overnight at the Johannesburg airport, hence the hitel booking. However, the hotel accommodation cost was paid by British Airways.

Nothing as they refused to accomodate me.

Those women on the evening or night shift were very rude and unhelpful. They had the guts to tell all stranded Air France custormers that Bookin.com were a third party. They said that you can book in someone yourselves without checking accomodation availability. So thjey said that you conflicted their rooms availability reports. You could blindly book in people without confirming with the Hotel, which was orkward and very inacurrate.

Well organized in general. No long wait at desk. Know what is to be done. Good location. Friendly staff. Transport from airport to hotel. All very 👍

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had arrived exhausted and early, after flying for over 20hrs, and they allowed us to go to our room before the normal book in time. They also communicated well with queries prior to our arrival, replying promptly.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Although well catered for, some dishes were quite cold that should have been hot.

decor quite tired: seems to aim at industrial chic, but achieves warehouse feel with some areas not very clean. airport shuttle runs only half hour outside peak times so took us 40 min to reach hotel despite it being adjacent to airport. hotel has only one obvious contact channel- a phone line we had to phone 5 times to get through the busy signals.

The receptions, attendance and staff support was great. Enjoyed the stay

With people moving in and out at night, I could hear everything which disturbed my rest. Sound proofing needs to be looked at

when I arrived in the hotel after a 11 hour flight at night I was told that the hotel was full and had to transfer to another hotel of lower category. booking did not even inform of this change.

The hotel canceled my reservation on the same day of my arrival, and the notification email was sent around 6 pm while I was traveling. No compensation was provided.

Airport transfer provided, it would be better if it can be inside of the airport instead of thr bus terminal.

Close to the airport. Shuttlebus of the hotel is situated right behind the Intercontinental Hotel (outside the arrival hall, walk left by the Intercontinental).

Feels outdated, but fine for a late airport arrival.
