I love the breakfast. The two front desk staff were incredibly kind

I did pay during a Japanese public holidays so the prices were quite high for the value. Be sure to book during non peak times

Location Staff is very friendly

East building is old ,so some system is noisy ,fan , refrigerator,,,

10-15 minutes walking distance to JR station 10 minutes walking distance to Kumoba Pond, and Old Karuizawa center. The hotel is a bit old school but in a good way. The room is spacious.

Breakfast is great

+ The pictures of rooms on the platform/website might be outdated because the actual rooms were much better vs the room pictures provided + Very clean room that is fully featured + Good value for the deal we got + Really quaint outdoor area + Free parking with plenty of parking space with multiple carparks + Very helpful staff

- Getting around the hotel can be abit of a maze due to the addition of new buildngs. - The tablet that manages private bath bookings isn't updated to reflect the addition of the new hotel wing. Hence the recommendations for the closest baths to your room are outdated. Check the locations of the nearest bath to your room via the hotel map to save on walking the hotel end to end! - Some guests tend to overstay their private bath booking timings and eat into the next. Though not sure if there's anything the hotel can do!
