Spacious and modern room, friendly check-in staff. Staff willing to provide another seat (upon request) at breakfast as the coffee machine area was too noisy.

Well maintained facility with good amenities

Genomgående god standard. Nära hitec city där företaget jag jobbar på har vårt kontor. Extremt service minded personal som tar mycket väl hand om dig oavsett vilken funktion de har. Alla tjänster höll mycket god kvalitet, hämtning lämning på flygplats och bilservice till och från kontoret var punktlig och professionell. Hotellets gym använde jag varje dag och det höll mycket bra standard. Rummet och loungen på plan 21 samt frukost och restauranger på hotellet höll mycket bra standard och perfekt service.

Amazing staff especially the Concierge who were so helpful and my driver Pavan - and Sadiq who does the airport greeting. Definitely get the hotel to organise your pick up at the airport. Great rooms, very spacious. Very comfy beds. Great views. Huge bathrooms.

Wifi is complex to log onto. Why have the unstable firewall in the middle. Took 20 mins to get onto.

The hospitality was quite nice along with the amenities. The rooms were quite enjoyable in all respects

All the guest individually had to show identity proofs. One of the guests with me did not have this on hand and so had to wait a lot of time at checkin. This was offputting. Also, the location is bad. The surroundings are a maze to traverse by car and walking to the hitech neighbourhood etc takes time.

Property is located in a prime location near Hitec City and the facilities are great. Staff are also very courteous and professional.

Found a cockroach crawling on the meat during breakfast which really put me off. On informing the staff, they were quick to come and clear the plate. It just raised questions on my mind regarding hygiene in the kitchen and dining area.
