Location and the quirky art. The bar in the evenings and even caught a glimpse of Fuji-san from the reception
coffee not available 24/7 from downstairs. Breakfast expensive

The artist room (Geisha) was stunning, the hotel staff amazing and the location is great - very easy to reach all of Tokyo through the nearby train network.

The staff were attentive and very welcoming. They helped us with suitcases and to get a taxi the next day to the airport. The views from the lobby and our room were great.
The room was small and the bathroom very compact with an old-school bathtub and shower curtain. We found dirt around the toilet and alerted staff who tended ti this straight away.

Stellar views of Tokyo start at the impressive reception on the 25th floor, including view of Mt Fuji. Greeted by warm welcoming staff, this hotel displays variety of art you can purchase. We had a great room so high you can see across to bay areas. Super clean & comfortable. So close to transport Shiodome etc & restaurants. Staff very attentive & made my birthday extra special. Loved it all! So happy we stayed here! Thank you Park Hotel Tokyo!

The view was amazing especially during sunrise and night time.
Bed was very comfy and the lighting in the room was amazing.
We did not request for room service yet the hotel was kind enough to drop off a bag of supplies and towels at the door.
Location was better than expected - Not only was it close to Shinbashi station, the hotel was actually 1 minute walk to Shiodome train station on the bridge.
Only took us 15 min to walk to the busiest parts of Ginza. It was really close to Tsukiji and Odaiba district as well.

Pulitissimo, staff professionale, consigliato a pieni voti!

The hotel was amazing and had great amenities: free coffee/tea at the reception daily & washing machine and dryers are available for use at a reasonable price. The hotel staff was very helpful when we needed to deliver our luggage to the next location and assisted us with arranging that as well.
The hotel was connected underground to many train lines however, will need to walk a bit (about 10 minutes) to get to some lines. Other than that getting a cab in the area was very easy.

I had a room with the view to the Tokyo Tower and Fuji san. Phantastic, relaxing, inspiring. Nice room, Excellent breakfast. The art exhibition in the hotel is great.

Incredible views of Tokyo! Great artsy atmosphere, really feels like you are staying in an art gallery.
I was expecting a bit more modern-looking room, especially the bathroom.

Location is very convenient. It is easy to catch the train JR and close to walk to Ginza. Hotel interior is very artistic and the lobby has Tokyo tower, so you can have a drink with the city view.
Bed is small and little bit hard.

Connected to Shiodome station through 3rd floor (Yurikamome line) and basement. The property has washer and dryer room for hotel guest. They also provide free coffee, hot chocolate and tea at the lobby area. The view both in the lobby and room are amazing.

- THE VIEW! of all the hotels to stay at in Shimbashi, this is the one for the unobstructed view of the city skyline and Mount Fuji in the distance. I tried my luck booking this over New Years for my partner and I and we got super lucky that on New Years Day 2024 we woke up to perfect bluebird skies and Mount Fuji in the distance. It was absolutely unforgettable.
- Our room as mentioned had a giant window to Tokyo and the beds and pillow were suitably comfortable. A decent sized bathtub was welcome to soak in after a long days walking. There is also a comfortable chair with an ottoman but the window ledge itself has a soft cushion to sit on too watch the world below go by.
- The hotel itself is a 4 star but has all the appearances of a plush 5 star hotel. The lobby on the 25 floor has floor to ceiling walls looking out to greater Tokyo from Shimbashi, with all the tallest buildings in Tokyo visible as well as Tokyo tower.
- As an art appreciator, the plethora of curated works around the hotel is a welcome addition, only a shame that when I booked none of the art themed rooms were available.
- As part of the Shimbashi business district the building is well connected to the metro with konbini in the basement levels as well as some good stores. The walk to the JR line is longer than it seems, so be wary of that if you're trying to maximise your JR Pass.
- There are coin operated washing machines and dryer available should that be needed.
- Even though most things were shut because of new years, we still found plenty of places to dine out at around the Shimbashi area.
- Shimbashi is mainly a financial district, which means in the evenings the surrounding towers seem dead. But a short walk and you'll find bustling bars, izakayas right around the corner.
- Shimbashi back in the day had a bit of a reputation, but like most things in Tokyo, it's only there if you actively search for it.

An excellent hotel. Great views, facilities and staff. It was away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo but very close to Shimbashi station. The hotel itself was peaceful, warm and inviting.
The pillows, but that’s honestly the only thing. I highly recommend this hotel.

All good really enjoyed it

The overall comfort and design of the room was excellent. The night view of the Tokyo Tower was exceptional -- it was my favorite feature of the room (this was my second visit, and both times I had a Tokyo Tower view room).
I thought the bathroom was substandard for a hotel of this quality. Specifically the tub with a spray shower. The like-quality hotel I had just stayed in the prior nights (Hotel Granvia, Kyoto) had an excellent bathroom with a separate tub and shower, all glass enclosed. That was special.

The rooms are small and the time of booking hotels were very all expensive about 58000 yen. 20 min walk into Ginza , 8min walk to the metro. The staff were excellent the breakfast was really good if you like to try look Japanese and average if you want American. I personally love it. The rooms whilst small are quirky and I love the art themed concept . Would definitely stay again.

Difficult to find.

Reasonable sized room with small table and chair and typical Japanese hotel bathroom. Great city views, access to Shiodome and Shimbashi stations. Nice lobby with expansive views and art collection. Staff were efficient and helpful.
Sound insulation was poor as you could clearly hear trains on level 34 as well as noise from the corridor. There is little in the way of cafes, restaurants or shops nearby and for these one really need to walk about 10 minutes or so to Shimbashi. Hotel basements made to contain shops are largely empty, a big dingy and very unattractive. Cost seemed high relative to other similar hotels we have stayed in the Tokyo area. This hotel is also hard to find. Lobby is on level 25 (with rooms on levels 26-34) of the building which itself is hardly distinguishable from many others at street level. Using the extensive underground passages can also get one easily lost even with Google Maps.

The hotel was in the perfect location. Quiet end of Tokyo within walking distance of the railway station. Rooms were clean and had the perfect view.
Bathrooms need a bit of an update. The bath showers are really impractical especially when you are older person

Check in was really easy, we could pick our room. which was fun! Staff at check in desk was very friendly and helpful. Th The location is really convenient - would stay in area again.
I know its an art hotel - i found it a bit dark, but it is just a choice of style. The rooms could have been cleaner. I had cup ring marks on my side table. i did whip down all the surfaces after that.

Very clean, exceptionally helpful staff, helped us book the cruise and other activities.
Breakfast and snacks were very overpriced. The 3-bed arrangement was in a really beautiful room, however the third bed was smaller and shorter and looked a bit out of place.

Really friendly staff, good sized room for Tokyo and very clean and quiet hotel.
The location is in a very business-y part of Tokyo, which means there aren't many interesting restaurants etc in walking distance. It is, however, very close to the metro which is helpful.

Stylish hotel with art everywhere. Great views of Tokyo Tower and Mt Fuji. Also great views of the city. Was great to grab a beer in the evening and enjoy the view in the lounge. The location is perfect - close to the train, subway and shinkansen lines. Was a great location to relax and enjoy Tokyo from.

Beautiful clean and well designed hotel. Staff were super kind and helpful with everything we needed
There are a few minutes walking from the nearest train station and not a lot to do within a walking distance
