Staff poor performance Cleaning is very bad

Location.

The bed was not clean, even I was told the breakfast was included, but when I went they said it is not included. Also the bathroom was also not that clean, the staff is clueless what information needs to be given. Even after saying the bedsheets were not changed.

Location is great, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, general store, liquor store all within 600m. Rooms are spacious. Good for solo travellers.

Toiletries missing. Front desk manager and staff could be a little more courteous towards guests.

I checked in at hotel fab hotel crown heights. The standard of the room didn’t meet my expectations at all. I booked based on the pictures and reviews on the booking. But the rooms are quite old, worn out and towels are dirty too. I would like to immediately cancel my booking and get the refund of amount that I have paid. I also request that I shouldn’t be charged for cancellation as the I am cancelling because the rooms didn’t meet my expectations. I was shown 2 rooms , the first room was in poor condition and I was left with the only option. I have booked through booking.com several times based on their reviews. But it’s quite disappointing that the reviews are not real.

Breakfast was promised but not delivered properly. Extremely poor choice of breakfast items. Also the narrow staircase and lift access is probably not recommended from a emergency evacuation point of view.

It was altogether a nice stay!! All kinds of shops are nearby! Friendly staff!
