Water was provided, cushion was soft.

Poor customer service, many accessories were not working, couldn't lock the room , water leakage, no warm water available, room was cleaned only before we checked in, no cleaning in the next three days.

Staff is good and quickly responded. But improper maintenance.

Rooms were not clean and no proper ventilation. No power supply at the time of checkout.

Nothing, wrost hotel ever I stayed till now

First of all the hotel receptionist charged me 500 extra on what is been already booked saying that it's OYO offer and will not be applicable for him and did not accepted and collected extra money. Secondly on the hospitality the rooms, bedsheets and bathroom are not cleaned and are very dirty. No hot water at all, we took bath in cold water in winter weather. Hotel management is too wrost and the receptionist is very rude and not responding for any queries and basic things I will never suggest this hotel for any one @OYO, please take care of these things, please check with your tie-up hotels on how they are treating the customers.

Behavior and location is good

The facility is not good. Bed quality is poor. U will get spring bed. AC is poor

The location is very nice , room is clean , staff behaviour is also good, washroom also clean .

The bed is not comfortable as I expected need to improve.
