Clean hotel and super friendly staff . Located near the station with lots of good restaurants in walking distance. Have stayed before . Breakfast was excellent and the hotel was warm. The Onsen was a delight. Got to meet the owner a delightful person.

We are skiers with lots of gear and clothes. We had a standard double which was just too small. The problem could easily be fixed. Just put some hooks on the wall so we can hang our clothes instead of having piles all over the floor.

The location is good. Just opposite the JR station. There are some restaurants nearby and a supermarket behind the hotel (the supermarket closed at 8 pm). Staff is helpful. They give us a list of restaurants and a map, it make convenience for us. They can also communicate with simple English. The hotel is using Pola products - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and facial wash. They also provide free lavender salt for relaxation. The Japanese breakfast is delicious. The hotel is clean.

The rooms are a bit small. But it's ok for short stay and the room is clean.

stayed here 7 years ago and decided to come back. check in process was smooth. room was a comfortable size. staff were friendly and attentive! room had a nice view. for breakfast, you could choose from japanese or western.

the “aircon” in the room wasn’t very useful. room felt a bit stuffy, but manageable.

I liked that there is free parking on site. The room is a decent size, very clean and there's a nice view of the mountain from the bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room air conditioning was not working properly for the last night of our stay.

Travelers going against the hotel request to wear a mask, and show at the very least courtesy in their behaviour regarding that request & their general health measures. Observed these situations many times in our two week stay unfortunately. The onsen could be made more “natural” as it’s enclosed / not outside (example - even a small water feature like some hotels have could soften the interior. It’s small for the hotel size)
