L'hôtel est neuf et confortable, la piscine très agréable. Le restaurant est bon et les prix corrects. Le personnel parle bien anglais et ils nous ont bien aidé dans nos besoins

$2.50 for small can of diet coke and $2 for small coke is extremely overpriced for Cambodia, even in a hotel.

The location can be difficult to navigate to after dark so best to get a tuktuk which in itself is a challenge in Battambang.

Rooms were quiet big, bathroom had shower and bath tub. Beds and air conditioning okay.

The wifi was kicking you out every few minutes. we waited our breakfast. BF is not served as buffet but single items has to be ordered. took ages. so i had my muesli, then bread with jam, then fruits, the coffee. we spent 50 minutes at BF, most of the time waiting. i had paid but was asked not leave before someone checked that i did not had anything from the minibar, although i said i did not touch it. i do not blame the staff, they are nice, but the whole hotel procedures are not well organized.

Breakfast was great, communication was interesting but all the staff tried hard. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

- really nice location - clean swimming pool - comfortbale bed - most staff people try to be helpful

- dirty and stinky bathroom (plumber should pass by…) - 24 hrs reception? You wish… 😅 - noisy cooler in the room - poor level of english language (you have to be lucky to meet only one girl in staff, who can speak and understand you)

Warm welcoming. Nice modern place. Everything worked well in the room except week internet in our room 205. Nice pool area and little restaurant on site was fast with simple meals and free breakfast.

The location was not scary, just away from anything. But you can walk or take tuk most places.

This place is a little gem in a back street of Battambang - but close to the main town. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect - the head receptionist is a delight and being one of the few who spoke English, worked non-stop for 12-14hrs to make sure everyone was looked after. Room was large, clean and comfortable!

Great hotel. The decor was beautiful and very art deco. The pool was lovely and the rooms were fresh and clean. Lovely tranquil place. The staff were lovely extremely helpful and accommodating.

The food is nice however the descriptions on the menu did not match what was served. A point to be aware of for those with food intolerances. It was difficult to explain this to staff and the response was like warm

The room was very spacious and modern. AC worked very well. Breakfast was varied. Staff friendly and did their best to accommodate us.

It was rather small, my room was pool side, so very close and very loud when a family with boisterous teens were enjoying themselves past pool hours. When asked about this, the front desk said that hours had been extended even though the paperwork we were handed at check in earlier that day noted that the pool hours ended at 8 pm. The location was right in the middle of a residential area with rather rough roads and lack of sidewalks. Local restaurants had a bit of rather loud music at night, which was surprising as it was a weekday and not a weekend.

The location of the hotel was perfect. We walked into town on our last night to grab a bite to eat and walked back to the hotel. It was a great way to get a feel of Battambang. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us organize our tours with an excellent Tuk Tuk Driver named Polo. We also organized a cooking class at the hotel which was great fun.

Beautiful pool setting and if you stay in a room overlooking the pool I image it’s lovely. We mistakenly booked a room without a pool view so it felt slightly separated from the rest of the hotel. Comfortable bed.

Restaurant was very average and staff were very sweet but spent a lot of time of their phones and playing music, but maybe because it wasn’t a busy time!
