Nothing at all

This has to be the worst place I’ve stayed in my life. If I could give negative stars I would. The pictures on booking.com look NOTHING like their photos - do not be fooled ! Rooms are smelly, dated, windows were broken, heaters were broken, there was 0 soundproofing from the train outside, 0 soundproofing from rooms inside, leaky shower head, poor cleaning, dirty inadequate bedding. I changed 3 rooms after checking in and all 3 were equally bad. The rooms were disgusting -there was a STENCH of stale cigarette smoke which had been absorbed into the furniture and walls of all the rooms on top of constant smell of marijuana. The entire building smelt of cigarette smoke and weed. I booked a non-smoking room and do not expect this. If you are providing a non-smoking room, the expectation is that no one has been allowed to smoke in that room. When I spoke to the manager she tried to convince me that smoke was travelling from the upper floors (which are smoking rooms) down the third floor. Reception staff were EXTREMELY rude and did not want to help - this included the manager, despite me going a few times to raise my concerns. I was denied a refund for the night I hadn’t stayed as the room was non-refundable except the place was falsely advertised to every degree so I should have been refunded and booking.com were very happy to refund, the manager simply refused. Now here’s the worst part - prostitution is rife in the hotel here. This building is actively being used by men to bring prostitutes into the building. I saw this on a number of separate occasions whilst I was here. On one occasion, someone was haggling with the receptionist on the hourly rate of room after making it clear he was with a prostitute and only needed the room for 2 hours. The staff at the hotel are very much aware of this illegal activity taking place and turning a blind eye and it happens through all hours of the day.

The location

This was my worst experience even. I don't to take to long.. But finding sperm on my sheet and having plaids to sleep. The staff traited us very pooly about our complain and we felt very unsafe and we had the impression this hotel let inappropriate activities in.. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.. I talk from my personal experience with my friend.

No breakfast was offered

No fridge. No microwave. No chairs or tables. No closet. The room was just a bed and bathroom. Tiny. You can hear everything from outside.

El estacionamiento era muy limitado, no había servicio de limpieza a la habitación y al llegar me cobraron mas de lo que decía mi reservación.

Não trocaram as roupas de cama. Não limparam o quarto. A porta do box do banheiro não fechava.

The front desk staff was very nice, accommodating and professional. When we asked for an additional set of towels those were provided before we even reached our floor.

There was quite an intense smell of weed throughout the hotel. Other guests seemed to smoke in the hallways or in their rooms. Because of a gap between the door and the floor our room also smelled sometimes. The towels and bed linen had also seen better days but were clean! Roomservice knocked at odd hours like 10.30 pm to ask if we needed anything - but it could also be that we're used to room service being done in the mornings.

It was nice that the TV had streaming services.

Room was very noisy and elevator ding was clearly heard every time it stopped on the floor. There were crumbs in the bed and the main light to the room would not shut off.

Localização em relação ao Aeroporto LaGuardia, para onde nós deveríamos retornar no dia seguinte. O hotel é limpo e confortável. O checkin foi rápido e eficaz. Atendente bem gentil e educada.

O quarto não é espaçoso e não tem lugar para ajeitar as roupas e objetos pessoais. Não tem vista bonita. Não havia lanchonete ou restaurante nas proximidades. Mas, foi possível fazer pedido para entrega, que funcionou perfeitamente.

They had vending machines

The room had no hot water, it was a red bag on the light, the rolling chair didn’t roll cuz it had an entire wheel missing, the cleaning staff was hanging around in the hallways talking loudly at 2Am

The location is very convenient and easy to get to. The building is relatively clean and looks new.  there is also an ample parking for several cars.  the rooms are spacious as well. The bathroom is spacious. The room is spacious to bed. It’s cozy. 

There’s nothing that I didn’t like about the property 

The hotel was clean. I like the location. I felt safe and there are amenities near by. The room has a mini fridge which is a bonus.

I would have liked extra towels.

Where it was located was a dirty part of town which wasn’t there fault as the Hotel was very clean
